CONSTITUTION:The hydrogen to cool a rotor of a generator is cooled with cooling water by a hydrogen cooler 4. Ecach temperature of hydrogen at the inlet (on the high temperature side) and at the outlet (on the low temperature side) of the hydrogen cooler 4 is controlled to be constant with heat regulators 22 and 23 respectively. The temperature of cooling water to cool a stator 12 of the generator is controlled with heat regulators 25 and 26 likewise. When the load of the generator is lower than the rating, the temperature on the low temperature side is kept constant, because the signal selectors 24 and 27 will select the signals from heat regulators 23 and 26. When the generator is overloaded, the temperature on the high temperature side is kept constant, because the signal selectors 24 and 27 will select the signals from heat regulators 22 and 25.

The gasification power generation system further includes an evaporator 6 supplied with drain from the knockout drum 15. The evaporator 6 generates the steam by evaporating the supplied moisture by using reaction heat generated by the shift reactor 5. The steam generated by the evaporator 6 is used for the shift steam.

    • PURPOSE:To make stable operation for a plant continuable by computing a fact that steam is in an overheating area on the basis of temperature and pressure a in an outlet of a high pressure steam turbine, controlling a turbine bypass valve at the required time, and avoiding any wet operation. CONSTITUTION:Air 1 is fed to a waste heat boiler 5 as exhaust gas after being fed to a gas turbine 3 by way of an air regulating blade 2. On the other hand, steam passes through a main hot air pipe 7 from a heater 6 and is fed to a high pressure steam turbine 9 by way of a governing valve 8. And, this steam is fed to a waste heat boiler 5 from a condenser 16 via a feed water pipe 17 after being fed to a low pressure turbine 15 by way of a reheater 12 or the like. In this case, the temperature and pressure detected by each of detectors 25 and 26 installed in an outlet of the high pressure steam turbine 9 are compared with each other by a computing element 27, whereby a fact that the steam is in an overheating area is detected. And, when it is so judged that the steam cannot keep the overheating area longer, the governing valve 8 is closed by a controller 28, and a turbine bypass valve 22 is opened instead, thus wet operation is avoided.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the time for starting a plant by adjustably feeding condensate which contains the demanded quantity of the mixed oxygen into a starting condensor so as to quicken the time at which the condensate inside the starting condensor is put into the state where the condensate contains the demanded quality of mixed oxygen. CONSTITUTION:In operation of a plant, a part of the condensate inside a condensor 1 is sent into the condensate pipe 7 of a starting condensor 2 and condensate containing the demanded quantity of mixed oxygen is circulated in the plant having the starting condensor 2 and thereafter sent into it so that the condensate containing a great amount of oxygen and the condensate containing a demanded quantity of it are mixed inside the starting condensor 2, thereby greatly reducing the quantity of the oxygen contained in the condensate inside the condensor 2. Since the steam from the condensor 1 is supplied into the starting condensor 2, the condensate therein becomes excess and therefore recovered in a make-up tank 14. On the other hand, the condensate inside the condensor 1 may become lean, however, the condensate containing considerably great quantity of oxygen is additionally supplied rom a tank 14. The condensate inside the condensor 2 may become rich in the quantity of mixed oxygen to the demanded rate within a short period.

A heat exchange condensate flow rate adjusting bypass passage 13 is connected to the condensate bypass passage, and thereby, a heat exchange capacity of the exhaust gas-condensate heat exchanger is adjusted by bypassing a part of the condensate of the condensate bypass passage to the exhaust gas-condensate heat exchanger. The circulating water having a small temperature difference is supplied to the system 108 by mixing high temperature water at an auxiliary system outlet 118 with auxiliary system water raised at its temperature at each one cycle. Thus, stepwise temperature rise is intended to suppress a temperature layer formation. Accordingly, circulating water temperature can be made uniform, and existence of marine living thing can be suppressed.
