    • PURPOSE:To prevent steam from residing in a reheater or a wheel chamber of a steam turbine by opening valves by turns from the lower steam side to the upper stream side, and closing the valves by turns, in the contrary from the upper stream side to the lower stream side. CONSTITUTION:In case of opening valves, a valve opening degree command signal increases from 0% toward 100%. Accordingly, the valves open from the lower stream side such as from the second intercept valve 12 to a steam governor valve 8. On the other hand, in case of closing, since the valve opening degree command signal decreases from 100% toward 0%, in the contrary the valves close from the upper stream side such as from the steam governor valve 8, the first intercept valve 10, to the second intercept valve 12 in the order contrary to that of the opening case. Accordingly, the main steam, the first reheat steam and the second reheat steam do not reside in a steam turbine in either case and residing can be prevented, and overheat deformation of a wheel chamber caused by a burning loss or a wind loss of a reheater can be certainly prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermocouple whose life can be made long by making the gap between a damping piece in a protecting tube and a radiation shield pipe small as far as possible to be at a prescribed value or lower and attaching a tip guide to the tip part of the radiation shield pipe. SOLUTION: A thermocouple is composed of a 4 of a Nimblocks thermocouple 5, a damping piece 6, a sway lock 7, a radiation shield pipe 13, and the like. The gap between the damping piece 6 and the radiation shield pipe 13 is made to be a size of a prescribed value or lower. In order to insert the thermocouple protecting tube 4, a structure in which a tip guide is attached to the tip part of the radiation shield pipe 13 is formed, and the gap between the thermocouple protective pipe 4 and the damping piece 6 can be reduced. Thereby, a vibration due to a fluid to be temperature-measured can be reduced between the thermocouple protecting tube 4 and the radiation shield pipe 13, and their damage and wear can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to obtain the thermocouple whose yield strength is high.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce accident potential so as to monitor the differential pressure of a filter precisely by providing a level switch on the sedimentation chamber in the dry type oil cleaner in a steam turbine lubricating oil system so as to detect the amount of moisture, and announcing an alarm by an inter lock at the time of moisture abnormal condition so as to correspond to the accident. CONSTITUTION:In the lubricating oil system of a turbine, oil from an oil tank is led into an oil cleaner through a piping 10, and oil passes the water separating net 8 in a sedimentation chamber 7 in an arrow (a) direction so as to have water condensed and deposited. Moisture condensed in water drops is absorbed in a water layer provided below, and the amount 6 of moisture is detected by a level switch 1 provided in a water cylinder type container 5. When the level switch 1 is turned on by an inter lock, a filter pump is operated, and a drain valve 2 is opened by using a timer, and the valve 2 is closed thereafter. An alarm is announced when the level switch 1 is not turned off while taking the case into account where much amount of moisture flows into a system. It is thus possible to reduce accident potential so as to monitor differential pressure of a filter precisely.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress excessive reduction of frequency (number of revolution) generated at the time of individual operation and make the individual operation in a system a success. SOLUTION: In repeat cycle thermal power generation facility which consists of a high pressure turbine having a high pressure turbine bypass line and a low pressure turbine bypass line, and an intermediate and low pressure turbine at the time of individual operation when a power system linked with this power generation facility is shut off and load of a generator is reduced, reheat steam pressure 14 is set temporarily in such a manner that it is kept at pressure 14 before the generation of individual operation by an analog switch 20 which is operated by an individual operation generation signal 39 in a system. A deviation between actual repeat steam pressure 16 and it is obtained based on the set pressure, proportional integration operation 18 is done to adjust a degree of opening of a low pressure turbine bypass valve 8, and output of the intermediate and low pressure turbine is controlled in such a manner that it is higher than output at the time of normal high and intermediate pressure operation.
