    • PURPOSE:To transmit operational procedure of elements to an operator accurately, and make the operator understand the operational procedure promptly and practically by constituting an animated picture image for indicating the assembly operational procedure of an object picture image from arbitrary cross view point coordinate information. CONSTITUTION:For example, the position of an object picture image 163 of a bolt is designated by coordinate of a reference point 165 of the bolt, and the direction is designated by angles 166a, 166b which indicate direction of reference direction vector 166 of the bolt and a rotation angle 166c. The coordinate of the reference point 165 of the bolt is shown in a form of X=(x, y, z) from x coordinate 165a, V coordinate 165b, y z coordinate 166c, and the directions 166a, 166b and the rotation angle 166c are show in a form of theta= (thetaa, thetab, thetac). In order to realize a picture image from an arbitrary view point, a virtual view point 171 and a virtual picture image 172 are moved/rotated with mutual distance between the virtual view point 171 and the center point 177 of the virtual picture image 172 kept so that the object picture image of a bolt 173 may be obtained at a desired position and direction.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent temperature-rise in the exhaust port of a high-pressure turbine so as to reduce disturbance in e power transmission system, at the process of stopping a turbine plant, by breaking steam supply to the high- pressure turbine under the particular condition, and exhausting steam in the high-pressure turbine into a condenser. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a comparison arithmometer 22 which compares the inner pressure 20 in a high-pressure turbine 4 with the reheat steam pressure 21 thereof so as to calculate its deviation. The comparison arithmometer 22 fully closes the governor 3 of the high-pressure turbine when the deviation becomes below the specified value. While the governor 3 of the high-pressure turbine is fully closed, a steam dump valve 17 opens so that steam in the high-pressure turbine 4 is exhausted into a condenser 11. Therefore, it is possible to prevent temperature-rise in the exhaust part of the high-pressure turbine, hence ensuring reduction of disturbance in a power transmission system at the time of turbine trip.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the sudden change of pressure of a high-pressure feed water heater barrel even when an extraction pressure is changed suddenly during the in-service of the high-pressure feed water heater by a method wherein a high-pressure feed water heater barrel pressure is controlled based on the set value of a signal obtained by multiplying an extraction pressure signal before a first regulating valve in the rear stream of an extraction stop valve by a changing rate limit. CONSTITUTION: A high-pressure feed water heater pressure controller is provided with a high-pressure feed water heater barrel pressure controller 21, provided with a first regulating valve 15 in the rear stream of an extraction stop valve 14 and a pipeline 18, connecting the inlet port of a super-heater 2, including a steam stop valve 16 and a second regulating valve 17, to the rear stream of the valve 15 to control the valves 15, 17 through an extraction pressure detector 19 and a high-pressure feed water heater barrel pressure detector 20. The pressure of the high-pressure feed water heater barrel 12 is controlled based on the set value of a signal, obtained by multiplying an extraction pressure signal before the valve 15 by a changing rate limit whereby the valve is operated into the closing direction thereof when a load is increased suddenly and the extraction pressure is increased suddenly. On the contrary, the valve 17 is operated into the opening direction thereof when the load is lowered suddenly and the extraction pressure is reduced suddenly. In this case, when the extraction pressure before the valve 15 shows only a slow change in the degree that the pressure will not receive any changing rate limit, the valve 15 is fully opened as it is and the valve 17 is closed totally as it is.
