    • PURPOSE:To cause the load carrying portions of connecting rods to always receive the halves of the reaction of a steam regulating valve, by coupling the left-hand ends of upper levers for the regulating valve to servomotors through the connecting rods and a T-shaped block provided with a universal joint. CONSTITUTION:The cross sections of the left-hand ends of upper levers 29a, 29b for a stream regulating valve 22 are made oblong. The left-hand ends of the levers 29a,29b are fitted in recesses provided on a T-shaped block 43 so that load is carried by the shoulders of recessed portions of the block 43. The T-shaped block 43 contains a horizontal pin 40 whose central part is fitted with a universal joint 38. Two connecting rods 32a, 32b are coupled to each other by the pin 40 so that load carrying lines are united as a whole. The pin 40 is coupled to the levers 29a, 29b through the universal joint 38 in the block 43 so that the load carrying lines are divided again from each other. According to this constitution, the load carrying portions of the connecting rods 32a, 32b always receive the halves of the reaction of the regulating valve 22 when it is opened.

    • PURPOSE:To provide necessary and sufficient steam flow for starting by install- ing both a reheat stop valve and an intercept valve within the same casing and arranging them at the upper stream of steam. CONSTITUTION:A valve seat 26 formed on a valve casing 25 is constructed so as to be used as the valve seat common to those valves arranged in 2 steps, namely reheat steam stop valve(RSV) 6 on the upper step representing the upper stream side and intercept valve(ICV) 7 on the lower step representing the lower stream side. RSV6 is fitted slidably within a cylindrical inner face of a guide cylinder 28, and a steam flow route 51 of a flat plate portion 27 is opened through a globular small valve 12 and a valve stem 31 integrated with the valve 12. While, ICV7 includes a bypass valve 11 controlled through a valve stem 40 and placed above a large valve 37 having a steam flow route 37' for allowing reheat steam formed therein to flow downward.

    • PURPOSE:To enable plural bearing to be jacked up with one high pressure source, by providing one pressure rising device which generates a high pressure oil being used only in the early time of the jacking up, and one middle pressure pump of low pressure which holds a turbine shaft after the jacking up. CONSTITUTION:A motor 34 is operated via a starter 54 by an external signal 55 so as to drive a middle pressure oil pump 32. And the discharged oil from the middle pressure oil pump 32 is supplied to respective bearings 6-8 through a pipeline 32, respective check valves 22-27. On the other hand, the signals of the jacked up quantity detectors 47-49 of respective shafts 3-5 are sent to a selective relay 50 via respective wirings 51-53. And a three way directional control valve 36 is switched by the selective relay 50, so that, for example, respective pipelines 35, 38 are communicated with each other, while respective pipelines 37, 38 are closed. Thus, the discharged oil from the middle pressure oil pump 32 is streamed into an oil pressure converter 39, and a high pressure oil is, for example, supplied to the bearing 6 via respective pipelines 40, 44, 25, so that, for example, the shaft 3 is jacked up.

    • PURPOSE:To improve operation reliability, by a method wherein, in a device which prevents leakage of oil by maintaining the inside of an oil tank in a negative pressure state, a preliminary air ejector is automatically started to produce a negative pressure when an exhaust fan, serving to produce the negative pressure of the device, is brought to a stop. CONSTITUTION:When the function of an exhaust fan 17 is brought to a stop due to a power source trouble or failure in operation of a motor 16 or the exhaust fan 17, a check valve 23, located on the discharge side of the exhaust fan 17, is closed occasioned by reduction in a wind pressure. When an opening detector 30 detects such closing of the check valve, in response to a detecting signal therefrom, an automatic on-off valve 31 is opened through a transducer 36, and a pressure air is fed to a nozzle 34 of an air ejector 18 through an air feed pipe 25 and is injected therethrough. This brings the interior of a suction chamber 35 of the air ejector 18 into a negative pressure, and causes the air in an oil tank 1 to be sucked out through a piping 24. The air is exhausted through a check valve 27, forcibly opened thereupon, and a piping 28 to a piping 22, and the interior of the oil tank 1 is maintained in a negative pressure state.
