摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain the high-frequency characteristics and low thermal resistance of the title amplifier by a method wherein a power transistor chip and a bipolar bare chip are mounted on an Al nitride substrate and a through hole is provided for a feed. CONSTITUTION:A circuit wiring conductor pattern 20 is formed on the upper surface of an Al nitride substrate 10 and chip components 30 to 33 are mounted, while the lower surface of the substrate 10 is used as a solid grounding surface 21. Moreover, the connection between the upper surface conductor pattern 20 and the lower surface conductor pattern 21 is performed through a through hole 22. Here, as the thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate 10 is near that of Si, the adhesion of the substrate 10 with the power transistor chip 32 and the bipolar bare chip 33 is easy, the chips 32 and 33 can be mounted in a small size and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the substrate 10 are low. Moreover, as the substrate 10 has a high thermal conductivity, the chip 32 is superior in heat dissipation. Thereby, a high-frequency video amplifier is superior in high-frequency characteristics and the thermal resistance of the amplifier can be made small.

SOLUTION: A connector terminal board 10 to be checked has U-shaped contacts 11, 12. A housing 1 of a connecting device is made of an insulating material; each contact pin 2 is inserted into the housing. The tip of the contact pin 2 is formed into the shape of a knife-like blade and is inserted into the contacts 11, 12. The contact pin 2 is provided with a pin 3 as a rotation stopper and is energized toward the contacts 11, 12 by means of the elastic force of a cushion 4. Lead wires 8 to be joined to the contact pin 2 are connected to a tester or the like.

SOLUTION: Heat radiating fins 101 are composed of a box section for putting a group of electric parts B103 in composed of a plurality of electric parts, and a plurality of flat platelike fin sections parallel to each other, both sections integrated, and the protrusionlike fins are provided in a cavity inside the box. And a heat conducting medium such as air flows inside the box in the direction vertical to the paper surface, and radiates heat generated by the electric parts to the outside of the electric apparatus from the openings. But naturally the heat generated from the electric parts is also radiated from the outside surfaces of the box and electric parts fitted outside the box. As the result, it becomes possible to make the heat radiating area wider and to make the radiation efficiency higher. Besides, it becomes possible to reduce the number of parts of the whole of the apparatus and to reduce the size of the apparatus.

As a result, output waves from the CMP 1, 2 are as shown in figures c, d and the waves c, d and a wave (e) of the DIV 1 are given to an AND circuit and, an operation wave (f) is obtained at an output terminal 2. Furthermore, the resistance of resistors R5 to R8 is selected identically and the voltage VB is fed to the circuit BIAS via a buffer amplifier AMP. Thus, a synchronizing pulse is obtained with horizontal symmetry to the flyback pulse (a) with accuracy and high stability.
