    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process input/output apparatus wherein, with respect to such a process input/output apparatus that a plurality of input/output cards 3 for inputting/outputting signals to/from its unit housings 2 are mounted thereon and each terminal table adapter 10 can be installed in the front of each input/output card 3, the input/output cards 3 and the unit housings 2 can be used in common at a maximum mounting efficiency independently of the presence/absence of the installing of the terminal table adapter 10. SOLUTION: In the process input/output apparatus having the above-mentioned constitution, the size of each input/output card 3 is set specifically to a common value whereto a maximum mounting efficiency is considered independently of the width of its terminal table adapter 10. When installing each terminal table adapter 10 in each input/output card 3, a unit housing 2 is so constituted that each input/output card 3 is mounted on the unit housing 2 in the state of both its adjacencies as vacant slots 20. In this case, there is attached to the vacant slot 20 a closing plate for covering its opening. Thus, the process input/output apparatus is so constituted that the input/output cards 3 with and without the terminal table adapter 10 can be mounted on the same unit housing 2 in a mixed way.     • PURPOSE: To enhance the accuracy and the stability of a square synchronizing pulse wave with horizontal symmetry to a flyback pulse by linking two desired comparison voltages to a bias voltage applied to a sawtooth wave obtained by integrating and converting the flyback pulse. CONSTITUTION: A received flyback pulse (a) is integrated by an integration circuit INT and converted into a sawtooth wave (b) and a bias voltage VB is applied thereto at a bias circuit BIAS to obtain a waveform (b) shown in figure. The waveform (b) is fed to inverting and noninverting inputs of comparators (CMP)1, 2 and comparison voltages VB+Δ and VB-Δ set by a voltage division circuit (DIV) 2 are given to the noninverting and inverting inputs. As a result, output waves from the CMP 1, 2 are as shown in figures c, d and the waves c, d and a wave (e) of the DIV 1 are given to an AND circuit and, an operation wave (f) is obtained at an output terminal 2. Furthermore, the resistance of resistors R5 to R8 is selected identically and the voltage VB is fed to the circuit BIAS via a buffer amplifier AMP. Thus, a synchronizing pulse is obtained with horizontal symmetry to the flyback pulse (a) with accuracy and high stability.

Still more, locking and rewriting of adjusted data can not be performed without a data lock key 15 or data lock releasing key 16 which can not be pressed without a sharp tip, picture display data adjusted by the operator can be effectively preserved.
