    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency of downlink data.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a communication method in a radio communication system including at least one base station which has a plurality of transmission parts for communicating with a radio communication terminal and a base station control device for controlling data transmitted from the transmission parts. The base station control device compares the size of the data transmitted from a high-order network and to be transmitted to the radio communication terminal with a predetermined threshold, and selects one of the transmission parts without dividing the data and transmits the data to the selected transmission part when it is determined that the size of the data to be transmitted to the radio communication terminal is smaller than the predetermined threshold. The transmission part transmits the data transmitted from the base station control device to the radio communication terminal.
