摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a spouted bed gasification furnace stably operable over a long period and capable of remarkably prolonging a single operation life or operation period. CONSTITUTION:Coal is reacted with a gasifying agent such as oxygen at a high temperature, the gasified component is discharged through an exhaustion port 2 and coal ash is dropped through a slag tap 3 into a slag cooling chamber 6 as molten slag. In a coal gasification furnace having the above operation procedure, a part or total of the members used at a part exposed to the atmosphere in the gasification chamber, e.g. a slag tap member 3 or the protection tube 5a of an optionally arranged thermocouple 5 are essentially formed with Ir or coated with Ir. An Ir alloy may be used provided that the alloy is durable to the temperature in the furnace.

SOLUTION: In addition to a first magnetic domain control layer 107 for aligning a magnetizing direction in a designated direction for a free layer 101 of a magnetic resistance effect film 2, the magnetic head is equipped with a second magnetic domain control layer 109 for generating a magnetic field in its opposite direction. With this differential bias method, a vertical bias magnetic field for the central part, which becomes excessively strong, is reduced with the narrow track width while avoiding a reduction in fixed magnetic field at a track end part. The first and the second magnetic domain control layers 107, 109 are realized by a combination of hard and soft magnetic materials.

SOLUTION: This high and low pressure integrated steam turbine has a high temperature and high pressure part for steam, a medium pressure part for inflow of steam which becomes high temperature and medium pressure by reheating the steam emitted from the high temperature and high pressure part, and a low pressure part for inflow of steam which becomes low pressure through the medium pressure part. This turbine is provided with a low alloy steel-made rotor shaft integrally formed by the same composition from the high temperature high pressure part of the low pressure part, and a final stage blade having the length of a blade part planted in the low pressure part 101.6 cm or more to the rotating speed of 3,000 rpm of the rotor shaft or 85.09 cm or more to the rotating speed of 3,600 rpm, and characterized in that the temperature at a steam inlet to the high temperature and high pressure part initial stage blade is 530 deg.C.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high recording density, a high sensitivity and a good reproducing output by laminating a substrate, an antiferromagnetic film, a magnetic film, non- magnetic electrical conductive film, a soft magnetic film, a non-magnetic electrical conductive film, a magnetic film and an antiferromagnetic film parallel to a recording medium. SOLUTION: A magneto-resistance effect device is constructed by electrically connecting an electrode 40 to a film in which a magneto-resistance effect film 10, i.e., a laminated film with an antiferromagnetic film 32, a magnetic film 11, non- magnetic electrical conductive film 20, a soft magnetic film 12, a non-magnetic electrical conductive film 20, a magnetic film 11 and an antimagnetic film 31 is laminated on a substrate 50. The magnetic film 11 and the magnetic film 12 are alternatively laminated through the non-magnetic electrical conductive film 20 so as to electrically conduct, but so as not to produce magnetic coupling, the magnetic film 11 being applied with strong anisotropism by the antiferromagnetic film 32 and the magnetic film 12 being applied with weaker anisotropism than that of the antiferromagnetic film 32 by uniaxial anisotropy, shape anisotropy, soft film bias and the like. As a result, magnetization of the magnetic film 11 is substantially fixed relative to external magnetic field and only magnetization of the magnetic film 12 is largely responsive to the external magnetic field.
