摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the disconnection of the tip part of an inner lead caused by heat cycle during operation, and make the pitch of the inner lead fine, by reinforcing the mechanical strength of the tip part of the inner lead by using an insulative resin film substrate. CONSTITUTION:The tip part of an inner lead 2A is made to protrude in an aperture 1A for mounting a semiconductor pellet. A part of an insulative resin film substrate 1 is formed under the tip part of the inner lead 2A protruded in the aperture part 1A for mounting a semiconductor pellet. By ths constitution, the area of the insulative resin film substrate 1 under the tip part of the inner lead 2A is reduced, and the stress which is caused by the difference of thermal expansion coefficients of the tip part of the inner lead 2A and the insulative resin film substrate 1 under the lead, and applied on the tip part of the inner lead 2A, can be reduced, so that the disconnection of the tip part of the inner lead 2A can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to reproduce one or both of two types of image signal by transmitting one of two types of image signal, as it is, to an image recording/reproducing unit while transmitting the other image signal through a delay unit to the image signal recording/reproducing unit. CONSTITUTION:An image signal A inputted to an image signal I/O terminal 5 is transmitted through the recording sides of changeover switches 8, 9 to an image recording/reproducing circuit 12. Output signals from the circuit 12 are recorded onto a magnetic tape by means of image signal recording/ reproducing heads 1, 2. An image signal B inputted to a terminal 6 is transmitted on the recording side of a switch 10, delayed 7 by an amount corresponding with the phase difference of the heads 1, 2 and 3, 4, and then recorded on the magnetic tape. At the time of reproduction, signal A is inputted to the circuit 12 and transmitted on the reproduction side of the switch 9 to an image signal delay circuit 7 where it is delayed by an amount corresponding with the phase difference of the heads 1, 2 and 3, 4. On the other hand, signal B is reproduced 6 with no delay. Consequently, signals A and B are reproduced with same phase as each other.

The user of the telephone set 1 makes hooking and dials a special number for recall. The resulting signal is decoded by a controller 5 of an exchange station EXA and sent to an exchange station EXB. A controller 12 of the exchange station EXB sends a recall signal with a high level and a sound frequency to the telephone set 8 to raise attention to the user of the telephone set 8. Thus, a sound signal is outputted from a handset of the telephone set and then the attention of the opposite party is raised to recall the opposite party to its telephone set.

摘要： PURPOSE:To execute correction without damaging the value of a tape by providing a mode designating switch in VTR having an editing function and adopting one field as the min. unit of editing. CONSTITUTION:An editing controller 15 instructs an operation mode to VTR by the route of A to B to C, a system controller 7 permits VTR to be the instructed mode and a control pulse(CTLP) bring tape position information is read by a control head 3 when the tape is transferred. Above CTLP is counted by the system controller 7 and calculated in terms of an hour, a minute, a second and a frame so that it is transmitted to the editing controller 15 by the route of X to Y to Z at every other frame and editing is processed based on the information. In this case, standard editing, frame shot editing and the distinction of odd fields from the even fields are executed by the state of the mode designating switch 10 and only one field where recording VTR is designated is recorded and edited by a recording start command from the editing controller 15.

摘要： PURPOSE:To speed up a processing at the time of swapping by making initial setting of data set for substitution beforehand prior to a journal swap processing. CONSTITUTION:When journal acquisition is requested, an electronic computer 10 acquires a journal in a presently used data set 11. When it is detected that the data set is full during journal acquisition by using the data set 11, it is checked whether data set 12 for substitution is already registered or not. When the data set for substitution 12 is registered, the data set for substitution 12 is immediately registered as present use, and journal acquisition is continued. Thereafter, when the data set 11 is allotted as new substitution while the data set 12 is being used as present use, the electronic computer 10 checks the propriety of use of the data use set 11. When it is usable, initial setting of the data set 11 is set, and the data set 11 is registered as a substitution. As journal allotment is executed asynchronously and separately from the main route, the influence on response capability are lightened.
