If weak fluctuation occurs in a down direction d, the encoder 103 detects this down direction acceleration, a solenoid 51 of a solenoid valve is energized by means of the control device so as to make opposite operation to the upper direction u, the pressure oil from the hydraulic circuit 11 is flown to the pressure accumulator 13 and actuated so that the cage does not hunt in the upper direction, and weak fluctuation of the cage 1 is restricted.

A two-way solenoid changing over valve being normally closed 14 is provided on the side of the control port 17 of the control valve 13, and in the case of carrying out the correction of floor postion, the changing over valve 14 is excited and opened, and when a comparing device 40 detects that the floor position of the riding cage has sunk more than a fixed level from a reference floor position, a shut off signal 41 is outputted, and the excitation of the changing over valve 14 is therefore released to close the valve 14 for shutting off a fluid pressure circuit from a cylinder 200 to a tank 4 through the control valve 13.
