    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantly detect abnormal action of a balancer weight caused by the vibration of a car and to reduce the service stop such as stoppage by inputting the behavior of the balancer weight detected by a vibration detecting means into a controller and by adding control sequence for issuing the appropriate driving command. SOLUTION: A detecting means may be installed anywhere in a machine system in a balancer weight side but should be installed in a fixing part with a building structure, namely, a pulley fixing girder 220 and a rope end fixing girder 221. It is so constituted that a hydraulic elevator pressurizes hydraulic fluid stored in an oil tank 107 by a hydraulic pump 103 driven by a motor 104 and the fluid is fed to a hydraulic cylinder 101 via a control valve 102 and a pipe so that a hydraulic plunger 113 raising/lowering the car 106 is driven. The hydraulic elevator with a balancer weight is provided with a balancer weight 203 supporting the load in the hydraulic plunger 113. A vibration detector 211 is provided in the end of a rope 211 of the balancer weight 203 so as to detect either of its displacement, the acceleration, or the tensile force. The vibration level is judged by the abnormal response of the balancer weight 203 and the signal of the detector 211.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize at once a temperature distribution in a hydraulic tank by provided a partition panel orthogonal to a side wall of the tank which extends in a same direction as that of a line connecting between the hydraulic oil inlet and outlet of the tank, and by forming the partition panel a stream line shape so that the curvature of either one of the front and rear surfaces thereof along the center line is greater than that of the other. SOLUTION: A partition panel 1 laid along the direction if a flow 2a from a tank inlet port 2, has a shape such that one of curvature along the center line is greater than the other, and accordingly, a difference is obtained between flowing speeds of hydraulic oil flowing in the upper lower part of the partition panel 1. Thus, the pressure of the upper flow 5 in which stream line are converged, is lower than that of the lower flow in which the stream lines are not dense. As a whole of the tank, a high pressure part 4 and a low pressure part 5 are generated temporarily so that the pressure difference is cancelled out. Thus, the hydraulic oil flow from the high pressure part to the low pressure part, and accordingly, the motion in the tank becomes prosperous so that the temperature distribution of the hydraulic oil 8 can be uniformized. With this arrangement, it is possible to enhance the agitation efficiency so as to enhance the control ability.

    • PURPOSE:To discharge dust remaining in a hydraulic apparatus to a tank by passing working oil through a filter when the working oil is sucked from an oil tank and returning directly the working oil without passing it through the filter when the working oil is returned to the oil tank. CONSTITUTION:When a hydraulic pump 4 is rotated forward by a motor to supply working oil to a hydraulic jack 9, the working oil is discharged to the hydraulic jack 9 from an oil tank 1 through a working oil suction pipe 5a with a filter of a connecting pipe 5, a check valve 5b for suction, a hydraulic pump 4, discharge pipe 6, flow path direction controlling valve 7 and a piping 8 to lift a cage 10. Then, dust included in the working oil is filtered when it passes through the working oil suction 5a with the filter. When a flow path direction controlling valve 7 is changed over to rotate reversely the hydraulic pump 4, the working oil in the hydraulic jack 9 is circulated to the oil tank 1 through the piping 8, flow path direction controlling valve 7, discharge pipe 6, hydraulic pump 4, discharging check valve 5c of a connecting pipe 5 and working oil discharging pipe 5d without a filter to lower the car 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and stabilize the control in a low speed territory and improve reliability by controlling an elevator by combination of rotating speed of a pump and a control valve exclusive for low speed. SOLUTION: In ascending operation, the whole operation processes are performed as in the past. During respective operations of acceleration, steady state, and deceleration in descending operation, rotating speed of a hydraulic pump 4 is controlled as in the past, and at entering landing operation, operation of the pump 4 is stopped. The flow of hydraulic oil returning from a jack 2 to a tank 6 is controlled by an oil pressure control valve 7 for landing. Landing accuracy is insured by an position detecting mechanism 10 fitted to an elevator car 1. The oil quantity control at landing can be also performed by the use of a usual oil pressure control valve 3, instead of the oil pressure control valve 7 for landing. By this constitution, a complicated control system is unnecessary, and stable landing performance can be provided.
