    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program output method and a viewer terminal device, wherein programs can be delivered to viewers without impairing values by advertisements, and also an incentive for the viewers to watch advertisements is given to the viewers, thereby contributing to an enhancement of an audience rating of advertisements. SOLUTION: When a viewer terminal 140 is accessed to a program delivery server 100 via a network 130, a video and speech are sent by streaming. A program delivery server 110 stores and delivers data of programs and advertisements. When the viewer collectively watches advertisements of a program sponsor in advance, an output of predetermined contents for a predetermined period of time is recorded on the terminal, and if the condition is satisfied, an output state of programs after that is changed.     • PURPOSE: To determine the concentration of isocitric acid dehydrogenase in a specimen, in high accuracy, in a short time, by inserting carbon dioxide electrodes in the flow-cell type determination cells placed before and after the enzymatic reaction tube, and measuring the difference of the carbon dioxide concentration before and after the enzymatic reaction.
      CONSTITUTION: The carbon dioxide electrodes 15 and 18 are inserted in the flow- cell type determination cells 14 and 17, respectively. A manganese chloride solution 11 and an oxaloacetic acid solution 12 are introduced into the flow path by suction, and the specimen 13 is introduced into the path. The concentration of CO
      2 in the solution is measured immediately after the introduction by the electrode 15 (the peak A), the solution is subjected to the enzymatic reaction in the enzymatic reaction tube 16 heated at 37°C to generate CO
      2 , and the concentration of CO
      2 in the solution is measured by the electrode 18 (the peak B). The output signals from the electrodes 15 and 18 are converted to the activities by the amplifier 19 and the arithmetic operator 20, and displayed on the display 21. The activity of isocitric acid dehydrogenase can be determined from the output difference between the peak B and the peak A, and the progress of the enzymatic reaction can be detected.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of the furnace and fuel for reheating by introducing hot-rolled and continuously delivered band steel in a heat insulating barrel, and coiling and winding the band steel in a heat insulating frame to send the hot-rolled band steel to the succeeding stage under high-temp. conditions. CONSTITUTION:On the output side of a hot rolling mill, the hot-rolled and continuously delivered band steel is spirally wound by supporting rollers 11 and 11' and bending rollers 12 and 12a. In the hot-rolled band steel winder, the heat insulating barrel 10 having an almost rectangular cross section and consisting of glass wool, etc., is arranged in the section where the band steel is transferred on a transfer roll to the winder, and the band steel is introduced into the barrel 10 and isolated from the external air. Furthermore, the band steel is wound in the heat insulating frame 1 provided with a heat insulating door 2 from the start 6 of hot coiling by the bending rollers 12 and 12a to the finish 8 of winding. The heat insulating door 2 is then opened, and the hot coil 7 is moved to a stand-by position by a delivery device 9 and preserved while being heat-insulated.
