摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a defect in the end portion a spoke and inequality of a coating film, by setting the iron content, the phosphate radical content and the ratio of the diamond structure to the graphite structure respectively of the graphite coating-film for a black matrix formed on the inner face of a panel respectively for their relevant specified ratios. CONSTITUTION:A graphite coating-film 3 for a BM Black Matrix) is formed in such a manner that the iron content of the graphite coating-film 3 for the BM(Black Matrix) formed on the inner face of a panel 1 is set for 0.05 to 6.0wt.% against that of a solid body, the phosphate radical content of the film for 0.48 to 3.8wt.%, and the ratio of the diamond structure to the graphite structure thereof is in the ratio 1:0.2 to 3.0. When the iron content is 0.05 to 0.6wt.% and the phosphate radical content is 0.48 to 3.8wt.%, iron can form phosphate to prevent redox action upon the coating film. Namely, the coating film 3 is prevented from being burned and thinned due to being baked in the atmospheric air. Also when the phosphate of iron and an oxide thereof coexist in graphite, the bond strength of the coating film is improved to prevent a defect in the end portion, a spoke and inequality of the film. When the ratio of the diamond to the graphite structure is beyond the ratio 1:0.2 to 3.0, the graphite coating-film is easily burned to be thinned.
