摘要： PURPOSE:To increase generating current of vehicle generator at the time of low speed rotation. CONSTITUTION:In a vehicle generator 1 comprising a battery 2 being charged with the rectified output from an AC generator having a field coil 11 and a plurality of stator coils 5 and a semiconductor voltage regulator 12 for controlling the field current flowing through the field coil 11, a diode 8 is connected between (+) side of a rectifier 7 for full-wave rectifying the stator coils 5 and (+) side of a rectifying circuit 6 while a diode 9 is connected between (-) side of the rectifying circuit 6 and (-) side of the rectifying circuit 7 and a semiconductor element 10 which can short-circuit (+) and (-) sides of the rectifying circuit 7 is also provided. According to the constitution, generating current can be increased at the time of low speed rotation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to charge two batteries without enlarging a generator by turning a semiconductor switch ON when a control circuit detects a high voltage side battery voltage higher than a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:For example, a first battery 4 is set at 12V and a second battery 14 is set higher than 12V. A voltage regulator 6 regulates the voltage on a (+) feeder 3 to a constant level. When the second battery 14 is not charged sufficiently, current from a second generating coil 9 increases and the voltage on the (+) feeder 3 begins to drop. Consequently, current of a field coil 7 increases thus increasing the charging current of the second battery 14. When the second battery 14 is charged sufficiently, a semiconductor switch 15 is turned ON by a control circuit 16. Consequently, two batteries 4, 14 can be charged without enlarging a generator.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve thermal conduction efficiency from a power element to a heat sink plate and to improve reliability, lifetime by coating a board or the heat sink with adhesive so that bubbles generated in an adhesive layer are externally removed upon diffusing of the adhesive by pressurizing or scrubbing, etc. CONSTITUTION:A heat sink plate 2 is coated with adhesive 3 like a pattern 3a, a ceramic board 1 is placed thereon, the board 1 is then pressurized, scrubbed, etc., thereby diffusing the adhesive 3 in the whole face of the substrate 1. Bubbles existing in an adhesive layer are removed externally of the adhesive layer. Accordingly, the bubbles are not retained in the adhesive, but the abnormal heat generation of a power element 1a can be prevented. Thus, thermal conduction efficiency from a hybrid IC to the plate 2 is increased to improve reliability, and lifetime.
