In this case, the exchange operation is realized by high-speed switching preserving media access control.     • PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement for deterioration of a picture quality due to the correction of a transmission error by omitting an unnecessary rewriting after the completion of a matching between a transmitting device and a receiving device. CONSTITUTION:The receiving device calculates the parity signal of every frame, and compares it with the parity signal from the transmitting device, but when a notice saying that a rewrite signal for a range (b) has been received and a frame memory has been updated and a discordance between the transmitting and the receiving side has been eliminated, is transmitted by the termination time t2 of the second frame period of the transmitting device, it is secured that the transmission error is corrected even if the rewrite information for the ranges (c), (d) is not transmitted. Besides, when the notice saying that the discordance between the transmitting and the receiving side has been eliminated, is too late for the time t2, the transmission of the rewrite information for the range (d) can be omitted by the notice transmitted during the third frame period. Thus, by continuing to refer to a transmission error detection signal during the transmission period of the rewrite information as well, and by omitting the transmission of the rewrite information after the completion of the error correction, the picture quality of a received picture can be improved.

      SOLUTION: In a communication system connecting a plurality of devices having a transmission function and a reception function, a transmission data frame is classified into a periodic frame and a normal frame. The periodic frame is a frame transmitted periodically with a fixed time interval without requesting a reception device to transmit a reception confirmation response. The normal frame is a frame requesting the reception device to transmit the reception confirmation response by a non-periodic transmission, and transmits the periodic frame with a fixed period. When the normal frame is transmitted after a driving request response based on a driving request, and when the normal frame can not be transmitted within the concerned period, it is transmitted after the transmission of the periodic frame of a subsequent period and is transmitted on the same transmission line.

These obtained spots are registered successively on a table. Then the coordinates of each picture element are replaced with the coordinates of each small section for recognition of a closed area.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid jitter accumulation at the time of reproducing and repeating a network synchronizing signal in each node by limiting the time length of one period of the quantized network synchronizing signal within a certain range. CONSTITUTION:A latch 1 outputs the received network synchronizing signal to a signal line 23 synchronously with a self-node clock. If the time length of one period of the network synchronizing signal received at present is shorter than the prescribed range, a condition discriminating circuit 8 outputs a set signal to a signal line 30 in accordance with a prescribed logic and sets a state register 2. When the time of one period of a reproducing system network synchronizing signal reaches the prescribed range to output a signal 26 from a decoder 5, a reproducing position signal 29 is outputted to not only set reproducing system synchronizing signal time position information to a latch 10 but also reset a network synchronizing system clock counter 4 and the register 2. Thus, the time of one period of the reproducing system network synchronizing signal is limited within the prescribed range, and jitter accumulation is avoided at the time of reproducing and repeating the network synchronizing signal in each node.
