Then it is transmitted to the 1st and 3rd listens through the data transmitting and receiving line 355 being the communication line, displayed and stored in the common information file. Here the common information has the attribute of each terminal into which said information is inputted, and accordingly such discrimination can be possible which terminal the common information is inputted through. A piece of personal information 921, 922 and 923 inputted when each terminal is in a listener mode is stored on the personal information file inherent to each terminal.

    • PURPOSE:To omit an image memory and to shorten the time between the end of writing and the end of recognition by detecting the coordinates of a sampling point and recognizing an optional closed area in the form of gathering of segments between register points of a table. CONSTITUTION:A curve enclosing an area to be erased is supplied to a handwriting input part 1, and the coordinate data on the input curve is sampled at an appropriate time interval and detected in the form of a discrete spot string. A control part 2 recognizes the area enclosed by the curve out of the detected spot string as an aggregation of segments which are parallel to a coordinate axis. Then a display memory 3 and a picture memory part 5 are controlled for erasion of pictures or drawn images included in the aggregation area of each segment. here a spot which satisfies the prescribed conditions is obtained out of a processing subject point and its subsequent points as well as an interpolation spot string obtained by giving the interpolation among the sampling points on the curve enclosing the area to be erased. These obtained spots are registered successively on a table. Then the coordinates of each picture element are replaced with the coordinates of each small section for recognition of a closed area.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of user and to speed up the longitudinal/lateral converting time by inputting a document described on a paper sheet placed in lengthwise direction or a document described on a paper sheet placed in a lateral direction with an input means such as image scanner while being arranged in the longitudinal or lateral direction and displaying the inputted document instantly while turning it in a direction to be read correctly for displayed one frame at the display. CONSTITUTION:A document inputted from an image scanning input device or the like is written in line sequential way in the order read to a display memory by the input device via a picture signal input terminal 1. When the document stored in the display memory 2 is a document long in lateral direction, a longitudinal/lateral conversion command signal is received via a longitudinal/lateral conversion signal input terminal 3, a longitudinal/lateral conversion F/F flag 4 is set to the on-state, a display memory address generation circuit 7 reads a display start cell address from an offset register 6 by the ON signal so as to generate an address of the read cell sequentially. A cell internal picture element converting circuit 10 uses the ON signal from the longitudinal/ lateral conversion F/F flag 4 so as to transpose the cell extracted to a 64-bit register 19 by 90 deg.. A scan control cirlcuit 20 displays the data one by one line on a CRT display 21.

    • PURPOSE:To enable efficient editing by using the necessary part on a displayed picture as an object area by specifying an area of an arbitrary shape of a documents, etc., displayed on a communication terminal, by transferring locus position information and by-type processing of editing to all communication terminals and by performing the simular editing by each communication terminal. CONSTITUTION:In terms of communicating/editing terminal 1, when an operator specifies moving processing through an operation specifying part 10, a code denoting the moving processing is outputted from an operation specifying signal converting part 11 and transmitted to a system processing part 14. Then, when the operator inputs coordinates denoting a moving destination from a picture drawing input part 12, a locus generating signal and coordinate information showing the moving destination are transmitted to the system processing part 14 from a picture drawing converting part 13. The system processing part 14 transmits the coordinate information to a communication circuit line 2, and also transmits the held moving processing code and coordinate information showing the current moving destination to a display control part 15, where the contents of an area enclosed by locus position information is shifted to the specified area of the moving destination.
