    • PURPOSE:To improve a program executing speed by providing a field for containing the attribute of a method, such as a physical address, etc. of an executing code of a method to be called, in a method cache, so that when the method which is called once is called again, the executing code can be read out directly and executed. CONSTITUTION:In consideration of the locality of a program, as for a method which is called once, an attribute of its method is contained instead of a method handle and a primitive index, in the third and the fourth areas of each field in a method cache MC. In such a case, a the attribute of the method signifies, for instance, a physical address instruction address for showing an address in which a code of an instruction to be executed in the next time is contained, and a physical address (head address) for indicating the address of head part of the method. As for the method which is called once, a physical address for indicating its executing code is contained in the method cache MC, therefore, in case of searching its method again, the method to be derived can be called immediately by subtracting the method cash MC by a hash value.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that operating efficiency is extremely low in an insulated switchgear due to the fact that: since the frequency of delivery of a breaker of a transformer to an electric railroad company is high while a breaker of a receiving unit is less often in delivery thereto, and when the number of operations of the breaker in high delivery frequency reaches a prescribed number, the breaker in high delivery frequency is subjected to an inspection after being removed, and then repaired or replaced to a new one, thus causing a long time stop of an apparatus for the removal of the breaker in high delivery frequency, and further causing the breaker less often in delivery substantially not to operate. SOLUTION: When a load-side breaker 13 is at the stage of an inspection in the number of closings and breaking thereof, a cable head 19 of the load-side breaker 13 is connected to a cable head 3 of a power-side breaker 9 and the cable head 3 of the power-side breaker 9 is connected to the cable head 19 of the load-side breaker 13, thereby largely reducing a time for maintenance and inspection and also improving the operating efficiency of the breaker.     • PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an enclosure for a circuit breaker by housing a current transformer through an insulation spacer in a dedicated enclosure, disposing an enclosure housing the ground switches at the opposite ends of an interrupting section on one end face of the enclosure for circuit breaker, and setting the operating direction of the mover in the ground switch in parallel with that of the mover at the interrupting section. CONSTITUTION:A current transformer 7 is housed through an insulating spacer 15 in an enclosure dedicated for a circuit breaker. An enclosure 25 housing the ground switches 5a, 8a at the opposite ends of an interrupting section in parallel is disposed on one end face of the enclosure 16 for the circuit breaker. The operating direction of mover in the ground switch 5a, 8a is set in parallel with that of mover at the interrupting section. A switch control box 14 is disposed on the base 18 of gas insulated switchgear thus reducing the height and size of the enclosure 16 for the circuit breaker. This structure enhances the measurement accuracy of current transformer and reducing the installation space thus enhancing the maintenance and inspection performance.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a tank arrester having high reliability by bypassing surge current to an arrester container with an operation counter so that steep surge current does not flow to a grounding conductor. CONSTITUTION:An operation counter 2 and a recorder 3 connected to a grounding conductor 5 in parallel are connected to an arrester container. Even if a steep thunder surge current enters an arrester, it is bypassed to the arrester container through a non-linear resistor 7 in the operation counter 2, and earthed to a grounding conductor of the arrester container. If the arrester 1 is broken by thunder attack, ground current does not flow to a operation counter 9 having large resistance and flows to the grounding conductor to prevent the breakage of the operation counter 9. The tank arrester having high reliability is obtained.
