    • PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to improve the productionability of a fuel injector for feeding fuel to the injectors fixed to respective cylinder of engine and injecting, by enabling forced circulation of fuel in the injector through single tube. CONSTITUTION:The fuel flowed through an opening 15 made at the fuel flow- in section of a flow-in tube 11 will pass through a filter 12, the inner diameter section of a spring 7 and the side port 19 of a valve 5 to the outercircumference of said valve 5 and upon opening of the valve 5, spiral flow is produced at the shaft port 20 of spiral chip 9 to be injected through a nozzle 10. The residual fuel is passed through the gap of core 3 and the plunger 6 or thrugh a hole 22 made through the plunger 6 to the outercircumference of a coil 4 then through an opening 13 made at the upper portion of core 3 and the double wall path formed with the walls of coaxially arranged flow-in and flow-out tubes 11, 18 to a fuel pipe 17. Consequently, forced circulation of fuel in an injector can be achieved through single tube structure.

CONSTITUTION:The intermediate part 36 of a fuel passage 20 is formed higher towards the downstream side of the fuel flow, and the gas foams generated in the intermediate part 36 can be speedily discharged from a fuel injector 10 through a fuel pipe 24, and the stagnation of gas foams in the intermediate part 36 can be prevented. When an air passage 28 is opened by turning a fuel injection valve 18 on the downstream side counterclockwise around a throttle valve shaft 32, fuel can be jetted-out into an annular gap part formed by a throttle valve 30 and a valve body 20, since the fuel injection valve 18 is set higher by (h), and the amount of drop-down of fuel from the throttle valve 30 can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain highly precise control of injection volume within a wide range of injection volume by providing a plate-shaped removable valve body in a fuel passage leading to a fuel injection outlet and a fixed spherical valve seat for decreasing the weight to save the electric power and preventing the bounding phenomenon due to inertia. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnetic coil 1 is unexcited, the lower side cone face 22 of a plate-shaped valve body 21 is pushed to a top spherical face of a valve seat 20 by the tension of a spring 25 to intercept the upper end of a pass-hole 19, and consequently, the connection to an injection port 10 via the pass-hole 19 of a fuel passage 18 is intercepted. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic coil 1 is excited, a magnetic circuit is excited with a gap (g) between the plate shaped valve body 21 and central and circumferential magnetic pathes respectively by a stator iron core 4 and an outer wall part 6, and the plate-shaped body 21 is brought up from the contact with the valve seat 20 by the magnetic attraction against the force of the spring 25 via the gap (g) for opening a flow passage from the fuel passage 18 to the injection port 10 via the valve seat pass- hole 19. This construction permits to disuse the former semi-spherical valve body part and restrain the increase of the weight at the time of increase of a contacting face due to the increase of discharge.

    • PURPOSE:To fully display the performance of the engine having two fuel systems by a method wherein a gasoline supplying device in the fuel supplying devices for the engine utilizing two fuel systems is provided at the joining part of suction manifold while an alcohol supplying device is provided at the vicinity of suction valves for respective cylinders and the supplying ratio of the fuel is changed. CONSTITUTION:An injector 5 is attached to a throttle body 14 at the upstream or the downstream of a throttle valve and the fuel having a constant pressure is supplied to the injector 5 from a fuel tank 6 for the gasoline by a pump 7 and a regulator 8. On the other hand, another injector 9 is attached to the suction manifold 2 at a position near the suction valves for the engine 1 and the alcohol or the fuel mixture of the gasoline and alcohol , having a constant pressure, is supplied to the injector 9 from a fuel tank 10 by a pump 11 and a regulator 12. The output of a control device 13 is inputted into the injectors 5, 9. The supplying rate is controlled by detecting an air-fuel ratio from the exhaust gas by the control device 13 and the proper fuel supply is effected to the injectors 5, 9 by operating a suction air volume from a suction air pressure.

CONSTITUTION:For auxiliary fueling system, pipe-shaped on-off electromagnetic valve 58 is furnished on carburetor wall 56 which is formed as secondary side air-inlet passage 14. Both ends of movable plunger 66 are formed to air control valve 68 and electromagnetic valve 70. Air is introduced from upper stream of secondary side venturi 22 on side of air control valve 68 to be passed to the side of fuel control valve 70 through auxiliary passage 80. Fuel is introduced on the side of fuel control valve 70 from float chamber 28 through passage 82 so as to be passed on to auxiliary mixed gas passage 84. At both start-up warming driving and reduction driving, electromagnetic valve 58 closes air valve seat 72 by means of air control valve 68 and opens fuel valve seat 74 by means of fuel control valve 70, thus to supply fuel from auxiliary fuel passage 88 to auxiliary mixed gas passage 84.

CONSTITUTION:Adjusting control of an adjusting screw 20 in a return hole 18 can provide high precision adjustment of differential fuel for acceleration on while removing the influence of bubbles, and a check valve 21, set between a passage communicated with an accelerating nozzle 17 and the return hole 18 facing the adjusting screw 20 through an adjusting clearance, can prevent deterioration of controllability and uniformity of air fuel ratio due to the reversed flow air caused by the return hole 18 in case of power operation with increased opening of a throttle vavle 1. An air bypass passage 23, set on the outlet side of an orifice 22 through a check valve 24, can prevent uncontrollableness of air fuel ratio due to injection of fuel from the accelerating nozzle 17 in accordance with the increase of suction air to the engine at the time of power operation.
