摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress thermal stress in a second stage reheater main body, its thermal transmission pipe and a low pressure turbine at the time of service-in of the second stage reheater in a reheating steam turbine. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a heating steam pressure regulating valve 9, a reheater operation data receiving part 22 and a saturation pressure-temperature function curve 23. The heating steam pressure (flow rate) regulating valve 9 is arranged for adjusting extracted steam (main steam) of a high pressure turbine flowed into a second stage reheater 5. An outlet heated steam temperature 17 of a first stage reheater 4 is input to the reheater operation data receiving part 22. Saturation pressure of the heating steam temperature in the second stage reheater 5 is calculated based on the saturation pressure-temperature function curve 23. A second stage reheater heating steam pressure setting function generator 20 is arranged for setting a lower limit set pressure at the time of service-in of the second stage reheater 5 by adding required excessive pressure for heating to the calculated saturation pressure. A heating steam control means 10 is arranged for controlling the regulating valve 9. The heating steam set pressure of the second stage reheater 5 is set equally to the saturation pressure of the outlet heated steam temperature of the first stage reheater 4 based on the outlet heated steam temperature of the first stage reheater which is previously sensed at the time of service-in of the second stage reheater 5.

摘要： PURPOSE: To shorten the start time of a turbine by obtaining the value of thermal stress generated to a low pressure turbine from the low pressure turbine inlet part metal temperature, and controlling a heating steam pressure control valve so that this value does not exceed the specified value to the specific life. CONSTITUTION: The low pressure turbine inlet part metal temperature 13 is detected and taken into a thermal stress computing element 26. The specific life consumption of a low pressure turbine 5 is computed from thermal stress generated to the low pressure turbine 5, and the thermal stress value is determined from a life cycle. This value is compared with the thermal stress limit value of a thermal stress limiter 28 by a thermal stress comparator 27. The compared result is sent as a thermal stress ratio to a thermal stress ratio - heating steam pressure change rate setter 25, and the optimum heating steam pressure change rate is determined according to the operating state of the turbine. Turbine load from a load detector 21 is sent as the heating steam set pressure to a heating steam pressure setter 23. The heating steam pressure, a change rate setting signal and the signal of an actual heating steam pressure detector 14 are compared by a heating steam pressure comparing part 19 to compute the deviation, and a heating steam pressure control valve 8 is controlled in response to this signal.

Drain self-vaporization is generated by decompression inside the drain pipeline and the drain tanks 6, 7 due to a sudden decrease in plant load or the like, and drain discharge from the reheaters 4, 5 is prevented to prevent a heating tube from being submerged in the water. It is thus possible to provide continuous operation of the reheater.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress thermal stress occurring in a turbine rotor, by predicting the temperature of steam in the downstream of first stage based on the temperature at the inlet of a steam turbine, and heating a metal in the downstream of the initial stage if the temperature of said metal is lower than said predicted temperature. CONSTITUTION:Steam is fed from a boiler through a steam regulation valve 4 to a high pressure turbine. Here, thermal stress of rotor is most concentrated in the downstream of a first stage. In order to heat said portion near to the temperature at the inlet of steam and to reduce the temperature difference, a steam inlet valve 1 is opened prior to starting so as to lead high temperature steam thus warming the first stage of turbine. Warmed steam is fed through a steam outlet valve 2 to a condenser. Here, a check valve 5 at an exhaust section of the high pressure turbine and a ventilator valve 6 are closed. Control signal for the steam valve in a warming system is set on the basis of a target warming temperature corresponding to a starting pattern which is determined on the basis of measurement of a thermometer 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the drain valve from corrosion by providing a strainer in the upper course side of the drain valve and an orifice i the lower course side and further providing a bypass orifice to the drain valve. CONSTITUTION:A strainer 24 is provided between a main steam pipe 15 and a drain valve 21 and then a multi-stage orifice 27 is provided on the lower course side of the drain valve 21. Further, a bypass orifice 31 is provided to the drain valve for bypassing said drain valve 21. Therefore, scale and dirt which are fed to the drain valve 21 are removed by the strainer 24 and the flow velocity of drain is reduced by the orifice so that it is possible to prevent the drain valve from corrosion.
