Consequently, the universal head 3 and a television camera (ITV) 2 are controlled, and the changed picture is projected on an ITV monitor 1 by a picture signal 8. When the size of the changed picture projected on the ITV monitor 1 is smaller than a preliminarily set size at the time of recognizing the picture change by the device 5, such command is issued to the controller 4 that the changed picture is expanded to the prelimiarily set size by a zoom-up lens 9. The controller 4 issues a signal 11 to control the lens 9 and the changed picture is projected on the monitor 1, thereby discriminating contents of the changed picture by the expanded picture.

CONSTITUTION:Opening indicators 9a, 9b of minimum flow valves 7a, 7b, a feed water flow meter 11 and the operation condition of feed water pumps 6a, 6b are input in a control portion 10 to output opening regulation signals of the minimum flow valves 7a, 7b. At this time, the detected flow of the feed water flow meter 11 is equal to or more than the regulation value and the feed water pump 6a is prior when the minimum flow valves 7a, 7b are fully opened together, and the minimum flow valve 7a is closed previous to the minimum flow valve 7a. After the opening of the minimum flow valve 7a becomes 0%, the minimum flow valve 7b of the feed water pump 6b is closed. In the case of valve opening, the minimum flow valve 7b is opened previous to the minimum flow valve 7a. As a result, the disturbances by simultaneous opening and closing are prevented and the pumps can be protected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus of a water supply pump that makes a reducing amount of a water supply flow rate to a steam generator small during a steam condensate pump trip to inhibit a water level of the steam generator from reducing and prevents the steam condensate pump continuing an operation from continuing a runout operation.SOLUTION: The control apparatus of the water supply pump includes: the plurality of steam condensate pumps installed in parallel to increase a pressure of steam condensate from a condenser; and the plurality of water supply pumps installed in parallel to further increase the steam condensate whose pressure has been increased by the steam condensate pump to supply the steam condensate to the steam generator. The control apparatus outputs a frequency control instruction to a variable frequency power supply device. The control apparatus also includes: a tripping controller that changes the maximum flow-rate limit value, only in the transition duration, with respect to the frequency control instruction to the variable frequency power supply to a runout flow rate in which a short time operation is admitted when the trip of the steam condensate pump during the operation is detected; and a restoration controller that changes the maximum flow-rate limit value from the runout flow rate to a normal flow rate when a stand-by machine of the steam condensate pump is detected to start.

    • PURPOSE:To automate the warming of a high pressure turbine so as to reduce the burden on an operator by constituting the warming valve of a main steam stopping valve in such a way as to be controlled in accordance with the rates of change in a pressure and an inner wall temperature on the first step rear portion of the high pressure turbine. CONSTITUTION:To a controller 5, there are respectively inputted a pre-warming starting command 1 which is the casing warming of a high pressure turbine, a pressure 2 on the first step rear portion of the high pressure turbine, an inner wall temperature 3 on the first step rear portion, an outer wall temperature 4 on the first step rear portion, a rotational speed 62 of the turbine and a drain level 63. The warming valve 6 of a main steam stopping valve is thus controlled with the aid of the controller 5. Thereat, the pressure 2 on the first step rear portion is increased at a fixed rate, and the increasing rate of the inner wall temperature 3 on the first step rear portion is fixed when it comes within the specified value, in addition, a pressure is controlled to become a fixed value when it reaches the pressure required for the warming. In the meantime, a drain valve is opened, and the warming valve 6 is controlled to be constant except when the drain valve is fully closed.
