摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam governing valve by avoiding jet collision of a supersonic flow around the valve, reducing fluid noise and reducing noise even when a plant operating condition is various changed. SOLUTION: In a valve unit, a valve unit bottom part is cut by a flat surface in a position θ0 in the downstream with a position TP1 into contact with a valve seat serving as the reference, also a valve unit flow path is formed to a position of angle θ14 to 7 times the θ0 in the downstream of a valve with the TP1 serving as the reference. In the valve seat, a valve unit path is formed to a position of angle θ2 2 to 3.5 times the θ0 in the upstream with a position TP2 into contact with the valve unit serving as the reference. A radius of curvature R1 of the valve unit and a radius of curvature R2 of the valve seat are set to R1≈R2, and a relation to a valve nominal diameter D0 is set to R1≈R2≈0.57D0 . A jet of supersonic flow flows always in adhesion to a valve seat side, jet collision in a valve unit lower part center is avoided, fluid noise is reduced, so as to decrease a level of noise generated in a steam governing valve.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress thermal stress in a second stage reheater main body, its thermal transmission pipe and a low pressure turbine at the time of service-in of the second stage reheater in a reheating steam turbine. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a heating steam pressure regulating valve 9, a reheater operation data receiving part 22 and a saturation pressure-temperature function curve 23. The heating steam pressure (flow rate) regulating valve 9 is arranged for adjusting extracted steam (main steam) of a high pressure turbine flowed into a second stage reheater 5. An outlet heated steam temperature 17 of a first stage reheater 4 is input to the reheater operation data receiving part 22. Saturation pressure of the heating steam temperature in the second stage reheater 5 is calculated based on the saturation pressure-temperature function curve 23. A second stage reheater heating steam pressure setting function generator 20 is arranged for setting a lower limit set pressure at the time of service-in of the second stage reheater 5 by adding required excessive pressure for heating to the calculated saturation pressure. A heating steam control means 10 is arranged for controlling the regulating valve 9. The heating steam set pressure of the second stage reheater 5 is set equally to the saturation pressure of the outlet heated steam temperature of the first stage reheater 4 based on the outlet heated steam temperature of the first stage reheater which is previously sensed at the time of service-in of the second stage reheater 5.
