    • PURPOSE:To realize the most suitable flux coating free from flux attaching to mounted parts on a printed board, by spreaing flux on the rear of the printed board from below the printed board, while blowing air or atmospheric gas against the upper surface of the printed board on which insertion parts are mounted. CONSTITUTION:A blower unit 2 is equipped with a gas introducing inlet 9 for introducing atmospheric gas A, a buffer chamber 10, and a blast blade 8. While the atmospheric gas A is jetted against the upper surface of a printed board 3 and mounted parts from small holes 14 of the blast blade 8, the rear of the printed board 3 is coated with flux 6 from below the printed board 3. The trench diameters of the gas feeding small holes 14 of the blast blade 8 are made different, thereby putting the flow of atmospheric gas or air in order. In other case, the directions of a plurality of blast blades are changed, thereby putting the flow of atmospheric gas or air in over. Hence the flux can be prevented from attaching to the upper surface of the printed board 3 on which insertion parts are mounted and the mounted parts.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the grinding of fine roundness a deformed shape by providing a mechanism, which applies a fixed load so that a work is pushed to a tool at the time of reciprocating the work in the axial direction of the tool. CONSTITUTION:When a movable base 6 is reciprocated, a work 10, to which the pushing force is applied by a pushing screw of an arm 9 provided through a parallel spring 8, is reciprocated along the tool. At this stage, roundness of the tool is transcribed to the inside of the work 10 by the tool and ground. In the case where the tool is not rotated, the other end of the tool is fixed by a shaft presser 19 with a fastening screw, and the work 10 is similarly reciprocated to perform the grinding work. In the case of deformed shape working, the tool is formed in response to the deformed shape, and simlarily to the method for fixing the tool, the work 10 is reciprocated to be ground into the desired deformed shape. By this method, grinding of the fine roundness and deformed shape having the feeling of the grinding by the manual working can be performed easily at a low cost.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration of a drive power source from being transmitted to a mechanism, by rotatably supporting an intermediate shaft in the belt transmission mechanism with a fluid bearing further giving the tension to a belt between the intermediate shaft and a driven shaft by a connecting rod with a vibro-isolator. CONSTITUTION:For an intermediate bearing 18 for rotatably supporting an intermediate shaft 7, a fluid bearing is used to separate the rotary motion system and the supporting system of a 3-knuckle link. Here the bearing rigidity K1 at the side of a drive power source 1 of the intermediate bearing 18 is arranged to a level equal to or not higher than the bearing rigidity K2 at the side of a rotated body 3. To a connecting rod 12 for further giving the tension to a belt 9 between the intermediate shaft 7 and a driven shaft 4, a vibro-isolator 13 is further provided. Here the spring constant K of the vibro-isolator 13 is determined from the below described formula of relation with mass M of the rotated body 3 in such a manner that the characteristic frequency fn of a vibration system is fully low. fn=(1/2pi)(K/M) . In this way, a belt transmitting vibrationless transmission mechanism of turning effect without transmitting vibration of the drive power source 1 can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To do away with excessive machining load and impact on work piece for lesser machining distorsion by switching between feeding speed control of a feed unit and feeding speed control of machining load according to the grinding condition. CONSTITUTION:As long as the grinding load does not exceed the force of the weight 22, i.e., the contact of a hook 30 is not released, or in other words, under the working condition where the feed speed is regulated within the range of the grinding capacity(speed) of the grindstone 32, a feed unit 20 sends a grindstone rotating unit 16 near to a rork rotating unit 12, successfully understaking slow feed at the beginning of cutting or control of stopping location of cutting. When the speed of the feed unit 20 becomes greater than the grinding capacity (speed) of the grindstone 32, the contact of the hook 30 is released to equalize the grinding load and the force of the weight 22. Thus, work piece 1 is machined at the rate suitable to the cutting quality of the grindstone 32 under the machining load control method.
