摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of an image forming medium into space and irregularities in the array of an image and to maintain cleaning performance by installing a charger supplying a charge having a polarity opposite to that of the image forming medium to a transfer material carrying means and the rear of an transfer material after being separated from the transfer material carrying means. CONSTITUTION:For preventing the separated electrification and Paschen discharge of the transfer material 2 and the transfer material carrying means 4, a DC voltage source 21 connected to a recovering roller 31 is connected to a roller 5 to apply the positive potential of the polarity opposite to that of the image forming medium to the roller 5 and further the charger 13 supplying a positive charge having the polarity opposite to that of the image forming medium is installed in a position opposite to the roller 5. In other words, the positive charge having the polarity opposite to that of the image forming medium is supplied to the rear of the transfer material 2 after being separated from the transfer material carrying means 4, so that the charger 13 is installed in such a manner that a surface opposite to the surface of the transfer material 2 on which an unifixed image forming medium is stuck is turned to an opening, in a place just after the separation of the transfer material 2 from the transfer material carrying means 4.

CONSTITUTION:A transfer voltage is applied from a side opposite to the recording paper carrying surface of the belt to transfer a powder toner image formed on a first recording body such as a photoreceptor drum l onto the second recording body such as the recording paper 5, then, it is separated from the belt 7 by a belt rear surface member 9 to which a voltage having the same polarity as that of the transfer voltage is applied and AC corona or pulsating flow corona is applied to the separating part of and the belt 7 and the recording paper 5 to electrostatically remove the toner, paper powder, etc., stuck to the belt 7 after the recording paper 5 is separated. Further, a toner scattering suppressing electrode 11 is provided in a position facing an AC corona applying means 10 across the recording paper 5 and the voltage having the same polarity as that of the charge of the toner is applied to this electrode 11.

The destatization means 21 is installed in a position just after the transfer material 9 is peeled from a transferring/carrying belt 10, the opening part of the destaticization means 21 is installed so as to face the surface reverse to the surface of the transfer material 9 to which an unfixed image forming medium 23 is stuck. Further, the charge generating part of the destaticization means 21, for instance, a straight line connecting a wire with the peeling point of the transfer material 9 from the transferring/carrying belt 10 is not covered so that the charge generated by the destaticization means 21 is imparted to the rear side of the transfer material 9, to obtain the peeling point.

摘要： PURPOSE:To remove offset toner without causing erroneous printing by resolving the particles of the offset toner which is recognized when a toner image is fixed on a recording paper to the offset toner which can not be recognized. CONSTITUTION:In the case an unfixed toner image formed on the recording paper is inserted to pass through fixing rollers 1 and 2, it passes so that an unfixed toner image carrying surface may come in contact with the heated fixing roller. In such a case, the brush 7 of a brush roller 3 is made of nylon fiber and the roller 3 is rotated by following the rotation of a heat roller(HR) 1, and the offset toner 6 is resolved. Therefore, the offset toner 6 is resolved on the surface of the HR 1 by following the rotation without being separated from the surface of the HR 1. Namely, by making the circumferential speed of the HR 1 coincide with that of the roller 3, the scraping effect of the offset toner 6 by the brush 7 of the roller 3 is prevented. Therefore, the offset toner is removed without causing the erroneous printing by using the recording paper 4 submitted for printing.

CONSTITUTION:The transfer belt 7 is held by being directly wrapped around a pressure roller 13 which is on the downstream side in the rotating direction of the transfer belt 7 for carrying a body 5 to be transfered and opposite a toner fixing roller 12. On the downstream side in the rotating direction of the transfer belt 7, the body 5 to be transfered on which a toner image 10 is transferred is directly sent between the fixing roller 12 and the pressure roller 13. By eliminating the need for a belt holdling roller, which has been conventionally provided in this part, and, in addition, a paper guide, etc., the miniaturization of the electrophotographic printer can be achieved. At the same time, by making the paper guide unnecessary, a jam which has conventionally occurred owing to the defective separation of the body to be transferred between the paper guide and the transfer belt can be eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a printing device where offset toner is decreased and removed and misprinting does not occur. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a rotating fixing roller 1 so as to fix a toner image 5 formed on a recording medium (recording paper) 4. The fixing roller 1 is heated, and the toner image 5 is fixed on the recording medium 4 while it is pressed and brought into contact with the fixing roller 1. The minute offset toner particles 6 are accumulated and broken down to such minute particles that they are not recognized as an image before they become such large particles that they are recognized as the image by an offset toner breakdown device. Desirably, the offset toner breakdown means is a brush roller 3, which follows the rotating fixing roller 1 and is rotated equally to the rotating circumferential speed of the fixing roller 1 in substance. As for the amount of the formed offset toner 6, the occurrence of the offset toner 6 on the fixing roller 1 is restrained and reduced by decreasing the torque fluctuation of a driving motor for the fixing roller 1.

By these procedures, the conductor space factor within the slot 6a can be improved, the sectional area of each of teeth 9 can be enlarged and the iron loss can be decreased. Further, since the armature coil 7a having a small line diameter can be inserted in the lower part of a slit 5 formed in a commutator riser 4, the riser 4 and the commutator can be miniaturized.
