摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anchorage structure in which anchor bolts have a sufficient loading function, by fixing the lower ends of the anchor bolts at the four corners against fixed metal blocks set in a leveling concrete and fixing pressure- support metal blocks at the middle part of the anchor bolts. SOLUTION: Fixing metal blocks 13 are fixed in accordance with the anchor bolts 4 at the four corners by fastening bolts 12 on a leveling concrete 11. The anchor bolts 4 are perpendicularly extended don to the foundation bottom face 10. And the lower end thereof is fixed to the fixing metal blocks 13. And support metal blocks 14 are fixed at the middle part of the anchor bolts 4 and a base plate 3 is supported at the front end of the anchor bolts 4 with receive base seats and nuts 5A. And further, mutual support metal blocks 14 and the fixing metal blocks 13 and the support metal blocks 14 are connected by reinforcing members 15 to position mutual anchor bolts 4 and stabilize the structure against horizontal forces caused by placing concrete or the like.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column base that can be constructed with reduced cost for its necessary members and for which quality can be ensured with respect to management in execution of work by a method wherein functions of the column base are concentrated more to column base metals as compared with a conventional column base in the same capacity where a base plate is used. SOLUTION: A column base for steel column is constructed of joining metals 8 each composed of side plates 11 sticking fast to external faces of a steel column 1 and a base 12 extending outward from the side plates 11. Then the joining metals 8 in plural numbers are fixed to the outside at the lower end of the steel column 1, and the steel column 1 with the joining metals 8 fixed thereto is installed the surface of a concrete foundation 6 with a bottom plate 9 interposed in between. A hole provided at each of the bases 12 of the joining metals 8 is put over each of anchor bolts 3 planted in the concrete foundation 6, and a nut 4 is screwed down onto a screw formed at the tip of each of the anchor bolts 3 from the upside of the base 12.

CONSTITUTION:In a column-beam jointing metal fixture comprising a bottom plate part 12a and a protruding part 12b formed into integral T-shape so as to joint a column of steel structure and a beam with I-shape cross section through a bolt and a nut, the bottom plate part 12a made of iron and steel material is formed by a casting, forging, rolling or extruding means in such a way that the thickness measure is gradually reduced from the base part outward in the axial direction of the column. The base part is integrally provided with a protrusion gradually reduced in its thickness measure toward the longitudinal direction of the beam and provided at its tip part with a parallel part of the length measure not less than its thickness measure, and the protruding part 12b formed into quadrangular shape out of a steel plate of the thickness measure not less than the flange thickness of the beam is jointed to the protrusion by welding. Bolt holes are then bored in the specified positions of the bottom plate part 12a and protruding part 12b.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erect an iron skeleton column at low cost and with high positional precision by fixing a column leg hardware made of steel in which a pedestal in which a bolt hole is drilled is extended and provided on a foundation in a corner part of a hollow and square frame body and welding a lower end of the iron skeleton column on an upper end part thereof. SOLUTION: A column leg hardware 15 made of steel is manufactured by extending a pedestal 11 in which a bottom face 10b and a lower face 11b are aligned on the same face outward from a corner part 10a of a hollow and square frame body 10. A bolt hole 12 is drilled in each pedestal 11, and a center line 13 is indicated at the center of each side of the frame body 10. First, the column leg hardware 15 is fixed on a foundation by inserting an anchor bolt embedded in the concrete foundation into the bolt hole 12 of the pedestal seat 11 and tightening it by using a nut. Next, a lower end of the iron skeleton column is abutted and erected in an upper part of the frame body 10 and is welded. Since an opening tip for welding is provided in an upper end of the frame body 10, a lower end of the iron skeleton column can be welded while it is cut on plan, and positional precision can be ensured. Since the column leg hardware 15 can be standardized easily, it is possible to manufacture the column leg hardware 15 having high quality at low cost in a factory.

The projected part 5 has a flange 7 and a web 8 while it is also provided with a sloping part 6 on the base plate 4 which is designed to relax stress concentration. Furthermore, the span between the outer surface of the base plate 4 and the outer surface of the projected part 5 is set within 100mm. The outside shape dimensions around the base plate of the column base hardware 1 is limited to be a minimum. I is, therefore, possible to make the most use of an application space for a building.

Further, the lower end parts of anchor bolts 15 are embedded in foundation concrete 16 in a state to nip an anchoring plate 14a therebetween, and the anchor bolts are coupled to the pedestal metal 14.
