摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erect an iron skeleton column at low cost and with high positional precision by fixing a column leg hardware made of steel in which a pedestal in which a bolt hole is drilled is extended and provided on a foundation in a corner part of a hollow and square frame body and welding a lower end of the iron skeleton column on an upper end part thereof. SOLUTION: A column leg hardware 15 made of steel is manufactured by extending a pedestal 11 in which a bottom face 10b and a lower face 11b are aligned on the same face outward from a corner part 10a of a hollow and square frame body 10. A bolt hole 12 is drilled in each pedestal 11, and a center line 13 is indicated at the center of each side of the frame body 10. First, the column leg hardware 15 is fixed on a foundation by inserting an anchor bolt embedded in the concrete foundation into the bolt hole 12 of the pedestal seat 11 and tightening it by using a nut. Next, a lower end of the iron skeleton column is abutted and erected in an upper part of the frame body 10 and is welded. Since an opening tip for welding is provided in an upper end of the frame body 10, a lower end of the iron skeleton column can be welded while it is cut on plan, and positional precision can be ensured. Since the column leg hardware 15 can be standardized easily, it is possible to manufacture the column leg hardware 15 having high quality at low cost in a factory.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the positional accuracy of anchor bolts by burying a horizontally laid metal mesh sheet in a foundation concrete of the upper part of anchor bolts and inserting the bolt axes in the spaces between crossing meshes and reinforcing the foundation concrete by the metal mesh sheet. SOLUTION: Steel rods 11 are woven to form a mesh and the crossings are welded and fixed for instance. Anchor bolts are positioned in square spaces 12 between crossing meshes as the specified positions so as to insert the bolts. Such a metal mesh sheet 10 is embedded in the foundation concrete 1 at the upper part of the anchor bolts 2 near the base plate 5. The metal mesh sheet disperses the shearing force on the bolts when positioning the anchor bolts. And partial breakage caused by the pressure support force and the shearing force is prevented by the reinforcing the concrete.

SOLUTION: A column base for steel column is constructed of joining metals 8 each composed of side plates 11 sticking fast to external faces of a steel column 1 and a base 12 extending outward from the side plates 11. Then the joining metals 8 in plural numbers are fixed to the outside at the lower end of the steel column 1, and the steel column 1 with the joining metals 8 fixed thereto is installed the surface of a concrete foundation 6 with a bottom plate 9 interposed in between. A hole provided at each of the bases 12 of the joining metals 8 is put over each of anchor bolts 3 planted in the concrete foundation 6, and a nut 4 is screwed down onto a screw formed at the tip of each of the anchor bolts 3 from the upside of the base 12.

According to this construction, the anchor depth of the bolt 27, or the position of the upper end thereof can be easily adjusted and changed during a construction work by rotating any of the members 29, 34 and 31.

Also, a horizontal member 35 is laid within the range of the diameter 2R of the circular arc bent sections 25a of the bolts 25 along a vertical direction, and fixed to the anchor bolts 25. At the same time, both ends of the member 35 are fixed to the member 31.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain necessary sufficient strength to pull-out axial force while determining the proof stress of a steel-framed column base by composing an anchor bolt for the steel-framed column base of an upper shaft section and a lower shaft section having different strength. SOLUTION: The steel-framed column base 3, in which a base plate 2 made of a thick steel plate is joined at the lower end section of a steel-framed column 1 consisting of a square-shaped steel pipe, is fixed by anchor bolts 5 and nuts 12 buried into foundation concrete. An upper shaft section 51 and a lower shaft section 52 are unified by the shaving-out of bar steel, combination by a connecting member, friction welding, etc., in the anchor bolt 5, the strength of the upper shaft section 51 is made larger than the lower shaft section 52, and an anchor member 6 is held and fixed at the lower end of the lower shaft section 52 by a nut 7. Consequently, when excess pull-out axial force works to the steel-framed column base 3, shearing force and tensile force simultaneously work to the upper shaft section 51, and only tensile force works to the lower shaft section 52. Accordingly, the anchor bolt 5 has sufficient strength while the proof stress of the steel-framed column base 3 is determined easily.

The concentration of stress on the web 1b can thus be avoided.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily position a hole for an anchor bolt in a column base fitting without marking-off. CONSTITUTION:Two pairs of marks 30 are initially provided on the outer periphery of the bottom plate portion 22 of a column base fitting 20 in symmetry with respect to the center of the base fitting 20 and anchor bolt hole 25 is positioned as the center of the crossing point of straight lines connecting the pairs of marks 30. The marks 30 can be formed at the same time as when the base fitting 20 is cast or formed by casting. Two pairs of marks 31 are provided in symmetry also the side faces of an upright portion 23. Therefore, marking-off can be omitted in machining the anchor bolt hole and so the manufacturing cost of the base fitting can be reduced and the number of processes required at a construction site can also be reduced.
