摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the outside dimension of reinforced concrete placed around a base plate, and effectively use the available space of a building. CONSTITUTION:In this pedestal, a steel frame column 2 having the cross section of a pedestal section drawn to a small size is welded or bolted to a base plate 5 for restraining an increase in the outside dimension of the pedestal section due to the existence of an anchor bolt 6, and for reducing a distance from the flange outside of the steel frame column 2 to the end of the base plate 5. In this case, the base plate 5 is made of cast steel, forged steel, cast iron or steel plate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a hardware for a damper having high vibrational energy absorbing capacity by constituting it of forged steel or cast steel having a specified compsn. constituted of C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo and Fe and subjected to specified heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:Forged steel stock or cast steel stock contg., by weight, tensile strength, 230 to 294N/mm yield point and >=30% elongation is obtd. By using this material, the hardware for a damper is formed. This hardware is used by forming it, e.g. into a one with a hand drum shape in which the outer diameter of the intermediate part is small and the outer diameter of both edge parts is large or to a one having an outer diameter with an approximately conical shape. This hardware has a low yield point and high elongation as well as high in vibrational energy absorbing capacity and also high in a damping effect for vibration of low amplitude.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the construction by forming a bolt hole of a base plate into a narrow and long bolt hole in parallel with the inside of a U-shaped surface of an anchor bolt so that the anchor bolt can be fitted even in the case where a top of the U-shaped anchor bolt is widened. SOLUTION: A bolt hole of base plate 3 is formed into a narrow and long bolt hole 4 in parallel with the inside of the U-shaped surface of an anchor bolt 2 so that the anchor bolt can be fitted even in the case where a top of the U-shaped anchor bolt 2 is widened. The anchor bolt 2 is embedded in the foundation concrete for crossing, and two sets of anchor bolts 2 are fitted in the bolt holes 4 of the base plate 3, and thereafter, each anchor bolt 2 and the base plate 3 are fixed by a nut 4, and a reinforced column 5 is stood in the foundation. Consequently, fixing withstanding force is improved, and since an interference with the beam arrangement of the foundation is reduced, workability in the construction field can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance an energy absorbing capacity by fixing a base plate joined with the lower end of a steel column on foundation concrete with U-shaped anchor bolts and nuts buried in the foundation concrete. CONSTITUTION: The lower end of a steel column 5, such as an H-shaped post or a square-shaped column is fixed with a base plate 2 and buried in foundation concrete 6 by screwing lower nuts 3 into the upper ends of an U-shaped anchor bolt 1. A mount-shaped central mortar area 12 is formed on the top of the foundation concrete 6. The base plate 7 is loaded on this central mortar area 12 so that upper nuts 2 may be fastened from the top of the base plate 7. Then, the clearance between the bottom of the base plate 7 and the top of the concrete 6 is filled up with non-shrinkage mortar 13, thereby fixing the steel column 5. It is, therefore, possible to enhance an energy absorbing capacity of a column base.

CONSTITUTION:A cast steel or forged column base hardware 1 in one piece structure having a projected part 5, which is adapted for a plane substantially cross-shaped cross section of a steel post, is formed on a base plate 4 having anchor bolt holes 3. The projected part 5 has a flange 7 and a web 8 while it is also provided with a sloping part 6 on the base plate 4 which is designed to relax stress concentration. Furthermore, the span between the outer surface of the base plate 4 and the outer surface of the projected part 5 is set within 100mm. The outside shape dimensions around the base plate of the column base hardware 1 is limited to be a minimum. I is, therefore, possible to make the most use of an application space for a building.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effective embedding depth of a bolt, by fixing a base plate to anchor bolts embedded in foundation concrete and giving an initial tension to the steel frame column base and charging a curing agent between the bolts and the sheath pipes. SOLUTION: An after-curing type agant 5 is cherged between anchor bolts 3 and the outer peripheral sheath pipes 4 made of polyethylene or the like and an initial tension is given to a steel frame column base. In this case, the curing agent 5 is colidified to connect the anchor bolts 3 and the foundation concrete 6 through the sheath pipes 4. A rugged part is provided on both inside and outside faces of the sheath pipes to increase the sticking property. Further, the lower end of the anchor bolts 3 of which clearance from the sheath pipes is filled with the curing agent 5, is fixed to an anchorage board 7 and embedded in the foundation concrete 6. The central mortar 8 and the base plate 2 are put on the foundation concrete 6 and fastened with nuts 9. Then, a form is set at the periphery and shrinkage-compensating mortar is placed in the gap between the plate 2 and the concrete 6 to complete the steel frame column base.
