摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to ensure sufficient sealability even if the sealing section of a seal becomes hot and manufacture the seal at low cost without using a firing process. SOLUTION: This sealing structure is for a signal wire lead-out area that penetrate a wall and transmits information between the inside and outside of the wall. In this sealing structure, a signal wire S contains a core material 1; an inorganic powder portion 3 placed around the core material 1; and a ductile metal tube 2 placed around the inorganic powder portion 3. The signal wire S is passed through a hole drilled in a wall. The signal wire S has restricted portions Sn formed at least in areas at specified depths from one side of the wall; the restricted portions are formed by the plastic flow inside the wall that is caused by compressing the periphery of the hole in the direction of the thickness of the wall.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a hermetic seal structure capable of performing a seal while directly fixing a band-shaped signal wire having flexibility such as an FPC(flexible printed circuit). CONSTITUTION:In a hermetic seal structure for taking out a differential pressure signal, for instance, detected by a detecting part 11 from the inside (for instance, high pressure condition) to the outside of a housing 1 by a band-shaped signal wire 22 having flexibility, the structure is constituted such that the band-shaped signal wire is interposed by a seal member 21 divided into two parts comprising two members 21A, 21B, so as to build the seal member in a mounting recessed part 1d of the housing 1. The seal member is press fitted to the mounting recessed part of the housing. In interposing the band-shaped signal wire by the seal member, it is preferable to interpose a bonding agent. Further, any one of an external diameter of the seal member and an internal diameter of the mounting part is formed in tapered shape.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a shock-resistance and high sealing performance and product at low cost using plastics. CONSTITUTION:A metallic bar 1 on the outer periphery of which recessed parts 2a and 2b are formed at portions corresponding to an inserting hole 3a of a plastic member 3 is inserted into the inserting hole 3a of the plastic member 3. Also the circumference of at least one of the both end openings of the inserting hole is pressed in the hole axial direction by pressing metal pieces 4 and 5 to cause plastic deformation on the plastic member and force the plastically deformed parts 3b to move into the recessed parts to form bound parts. The recessed parts are, for example, the grooves formed all around the outer surfaces of the metallic bar. In addition, metallic rings to engage with the grooves can be installed additionally. Then a cover member is installed on the plastic base plate 3 to form a sealed space inside the cover member, and grooves to install the edges of the opening of the cover member are formed in the plastic base plate, recessed parts are formed all around the outer surfaces of the edges. The areas near the grooves are pressed with the grooves engaged with the edges to cause plastic deformation on the plastic base plate, and the plastically deformed parts are forced into the recessed parts to form the bound parts.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability through accurate temperature measurement and to seal up both the inside and outside of a to-be-detected object for along period. SOLUTION: Through holes 7 and 7' are opened at a plug body 6 of metal material, and the intermediate parts in longitudinal direction of metal wires 8 and 8' of thermo-couple material are inserted in the through holes 7 and 7' together with coated parts 9 and 9'. Under this state, a both end side end surface of the plug body 6 positioned around the through holes 7 and 7' is plastic-deformed with a pressurizing jig and recessed parts 11 and 11' are formed on the end surface side of a male screw part 6a and on the end surface side of a head part 6B, respectively. Thus, the peripheral wall part of the through holes 7 and 7' is reduced diametrally together with the coat parts 9 and 9' of the metal wires 8 and 8', and the interval between the coat parts 9 and 9' of the metal wires 8 and 8' and the through holes 7 and 7' is sealed up in air/liquid tight manner by plastic flow. Under the condition, one-end sides of the metal wires 8 and 8' protruding from the male crew part 6a side of the plug body 6 are jointed together to form a hot junction 10.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side lock type drill device having a structure by which the cutting liquid leakage between a drill holder and shank can be prevented. SOLUTION: A drill mounting hole 4 is provided to the center of a drill holder 2 from the tip. A shank 5 of a drill 3 is fitted to the drill mounting hole 4. A screw hole 9 is provided being inclined through the front side of the drill holder 2 to the drill mounting hole 4. A fixing screw 10 is screwed into the screw hole 9 to be pressed onto the receiving surface 11 provided to the shank 5 so as to be inclined, whereby the drill 3 is fixed on the drill holder 2. In another embodiment, a material whose tip is formed in a taper shape is used as the fixing screw 10. The taper-shaped tip of the fixing screw 10 is pressed against the inclined surface provided to the side of the shank.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a stress sensor comprising a semiconductor strain gauge to form a strain detection section and an electrode designed under flattening structure by allowing the semiconductor strain gauge and the electrode to be formed inside an amorphous silicon film formed on the surface of a diaphragm section and moreover forming the semiconductor gauge and the electrode continuously. CONSTITUTION:Semiconductor strain gauges 4 and electrodes 5 are continuously formed with an amorphous silicon layer 3 physically. Furthermore, the upper surface of the semiconductor strain gauges 4 and the electrodes 5 are buried and flush with the upper surface of the amorphous silicon layer 3. As a result of the above formation, no offset is formed on the top of the amorphous silicon film 3 even if the semiconductor strain gauges 4 and the electrodes are installed to a diaphragm section 1A, but the top of the amorphous silicon film 3 is formed to be flat, furthermore, the flat surface is continuously formed with regards to the semiconductor strain gauges 4 and the electrodes 5, thereby producing no offset section on their connections. Therefore, this construction enhances the reliability with the connection performance between the semiconductor strain gauges 4 and the electrodes 5, which protects wiring connections from being cut off and enhances connection reliability dramatically.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the workability in manufacturing and machining by preventing backlash in the thrust direction between a boss and a bracket by utilizing pressure of oil liquid and simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: The end face 22A of the boss 22 is provided with a first thrust ring 26, and the end face 24B of the bracket 24 is provided with a second thrust ring 27. The thrust ring 27 is slidably fitted in the thrust ring 26, thereby forming right and left oil chambers 28 between the thrust rings 26 and 27. The right and left oil chambers 28 and 28 communicate with each together by a grease supply passage 32. The grease is sealed in the oil chamber 28, the thrust ring 26 is pressed to the end face 22A of the boss 22 by pressure of the grease, and the thrust ring 27 is pressed to the end face 24B of the bracket 24.
