摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet pneumatic conveying system, of which the cost of equipment is low, the working efficiency is favorable, no malfunction occurs and the maintenance is unnecessary. SOLUTION: This system pneumatically carries and gathers arbitrary kind of pellets having arbitrary color from a large number of tanks, in which various kinds of pellets with various colors are stored under the conditions classified by kinds and colors. In this case, respective individual pneumatic conveying pipings 3 extended from respective pellet tanks 1 are laid on in the neighborhood of a pallet gathering place 2 so as to open these individual pneumatic conveying pipings 3 in order to arrange these open ends in a row. The open end of a common pneumatic conveying piping 4 extended from the pellet gathering place 2 is so constituted to be movable in a space, within which the above-mentioned open ends are arranged. In addition, at the pellet gathering place 2, an air sucking device 5, which sucks the air in the common pneumatic conveying, is provided.

CONSTITUTION:Plastic extruding machines (I), (II) are connected to a crosshead 4, and the crosshead 4 is mainly constituted of a nipple (I) 5 and a nipple (II) 6. When a conductor C passes the crosshead 4, the plastic containing a foaming agent from the extruding machine (II) is covered as an outer layer at the same time. The plastic of the outer layer is foamed by the pressure change when it is taken to the outside via a die 7, and a foaming plastic-insulated electric wire is formed when it is subsequently cooled. The concentration of the foaming gas near the conductor is thereby prevented, and the foaming degree and the adhesion between the conductor and a foaming insulator can be improved.

Four spacers 4B and electrode wires 3A-3D are alternately arranged around a spacer 4A in a central part for manufacturing a twisted strand 5. A rubber insulating body containing a cross-linking agent is extrusion- molded on the strand 5 to produce an elastic insulating body 1, which is crosslinked by a high pressure steam, and divided by cutting to a fixed length, and the spacer 4A is drawn out axially straight, and the spacers 4B are drawn out one by one as they are rotated along a spiral groove 1b. Thus a pressure sensor is thereby obtained. The spacers 4A, 4B are polytetrafluoroethylene- covered to facilitate drawing.
