摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a posture capable of accurately detecting a posture of laminated lumber by forming a posture detecting marking easy to be discriminated irrespective of presence or not of the grain of wood and a node and to provide a processing method using that.
SOLUTION: A posture detecting marking comprising at least two indent holes 2 or through holes 3 is formed at a specific position of material 10 to be processed. A shadow is formed by irradiating the posture detecting marking with light. The material 10 to be processed together with the shadow is photographed by a photographing means 9 to input an image. After detecting a posture of the material to be processed by processing the obtained image input signal by an image processing means 6, a position wherein processing of the material 10 to be processed is to be applied to is operated from the detection result and the operated result is output to an automatic processor to apply processing.

SOLUTION: With a conductive wire 7 made to travel in the arrow progressing direction, the conductive wire 7 is passed sequentially through a varnish pot 2, a coating die 3, an induction heating apparatus 4, and a heating/ drying furnace 5. The conductive wire 7 is coated with an enamel coating 6 in the varnish pot 2, and then the coated enamel coating 6 thereon is so removed by the coating die 3 that it has a predetermined thickness, and the conductive wire 7 is heated from the inside thereof by the induction heating apparatus 4 and heated also from the outside thereof by the heating/drying furnace 5 to fabricate the enameled wire 9.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of a groove from being defect by extruding a core-part side material to the periphery of a tension member first and forming a primary coating, then extruding a peripheral-edge side material onto the core-part side material of the primary coating, and forming them in a specific shape by using a die. CONSTITUTION:A shunt passage 3a shunts a resin material which is extruded to a nipple 2 through a resin passage 3 to the core part side of a spacer. The resin which is sent in the resin passage 3 is separated by the shunt passage 3a and sent into the shunt passage 3a and the outside passage 3b formed between the die 1 and nipple 2. The resin which is separated by the shunt passage 3a is extruded to cover the periphery of the tension member which is supplied into a tension member supply path as the primary coating, and sent in toward a die entrance 1a as it is. Then, the resin which is shunt to the external passage 3b where it enters the die entrance 1a is extruded integrally onto the primary coating resin. Consequently, the cause of a defect in molding due to a difference in the flow of the resin is removed and the stable formation of the groove is enabled.

Then when the alternately S.Z-inverted groove is formed by extrusion, the rotary die 4 and tension member 51, rotary die 4 and taken-up spacer 52, or the rotary die 4, tension member 51, and take-up spacer 52 are rotated synchronously. Consequently, the spacer 52 is obtained which has stable size accuracy of inversion pitch and a spiral angle.

By horizontally rotating the movable member 12, the conductor 2 is inserted between the approach portion 12c and receiving groove portion 11a and then, the movable member 12 is vertically rotated to pressingly hold the conductor 2 between the receiving groove portion 11a and the pressing portion 12a. Both members 11, 12 are made unrotatable by means of a bolt 14, simply installing the power feeding terminal 10.

CONSTITUTION:When a winding work is to start, the terminal of a flat linear body 8 is to be inserted into an under shed hole provided on a winding drum 4. When an air cylinder 12 is then driven to actuate an intermediate rod 11 toward the A direction, a claw portion 10 actuates to chuck the terminal of the flat linear body 8. When a pulley 14 is rotated by means of a belt in this state, a winding reel 2 being rotated by virtue of a center 5 causes the flat linear body 8 to be wound steadily around the winding drum 4. When the terminal of the flat linear body 8 is to be removed after completing the winding work, the intermediate rod 11 is to be actuated toward the B direction by dint of the air cylinder 12. By so doing, the chuck of the claw portion 10 is placed in an open state causing it to detach from the flat linear body 8.

摘要： PURPOSE:To regulate easily the eccentricity of an extruding die and coating device by causing the die to be movable in left and right direction in relation to a core string, while causing a nipple to be movable in up and down direction in relation to the core string. CONSTITUTION:A centering regulation bolts 1, 2 are fitted to the rear end of a nipple 130 into which the core string to be extruded and coated, may be inserted, and the nipple 130 is caused to be movable up and down. Other centering regulation bolts 3, 4 are fitted to a die 50, whereby the die 50 is caused to be movable left and right (the front and back direction of paper surface). The regulation in up and down directions is achieved by the regulation bolts 1, 2 of the nipple rear end, and the regulation in left and right directions is achieved by the regulation bolts 3, 4 of the die part. Because the regulation may be achieved separately in up and down directions and left and right directions, the regulation is easy.
