    • PURPOSE:To enable adhering, fixing, and removing a wafer in a short time and by a simple method without deteriorating a holding jig, by fixing the water to a transparent plate with a film with viscous bond applied on both surfaces thereof interposed therebetween and removing said wafer by hardening said viscous bond by applying ultraviolet rays thereto after its processing. CONSTITUTION:A transparent plate 4 is used as a holding jig in processing a semiconductor wafer 1. The back of a transparent film 5 with viscous bond 6 and 6' applied on both surfaces thereof is adhered on said plate 4, and the semiconductor wafer 1 is fixed by adhering on the face of said film 5 and processed. After processing, ultraviolet rays are applied to harden the viscous bond 6 and 6' and decrease their adhesion, and the semiconductor wafer 1 is removed from the holding jig. If, for example, the viscous bond 6 is made more adhesive than the viscous bond 6' by making the decreases of the adhesions of the viscous bond 6 and 6' after applying ultraviolet rays different from each other, the film 5 can be removed from the plate 4 and then the wafer 1 from the film to facilitate the removal work.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a height position of gravity before a running device advances onto stairs to enable the safe transportation by calculating a position of gravity in a bottom face of a loading part from outputs output from a plurality of weight detectors provided in the loading part of the running device and measuring a travel amount of the position of gravity when the loading part is inclined to calculate the height position of gravity. SOLUTION: A loading part 5 is provided in a car body frame part 1 through weight detectors 7 (7a to 7d) provided at four corners of a bottom part thereof to calculate where a position of gravity of weight of the loading part is on a bottom face of the loading part based on the results of measurement of each weight detector 7. Moreover, with respect to the position of gravity in a bottom part of the loading part, a height of gravity is calculated by measuring a travel amount of the position of gravity and an angle of inclination when a running device is inclined. When the device runs on stairs, front and rear wheels 3, 4 for running on a flat surface are pulled in by driving lift mechanisms 13, 14, and a crawler running mechanism 2 is brought into contact with the ground to judge whether the device is within a proper scope for safety or not based on the comparison between the calculated value and actual value of the height of gravity in a condition in which the device is inclined.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent high temperature steam and a high temperature and high pressure gas from leaking out of an interface of a rotation part by manufacturing an electric wire provided with a rotation fin while sealing the interface between mutually rotating a rotation die having a fin forming groove and a head of an extruding apparatus by pouring a lubrication material to the interface. SOLUTION: In manufacturing electric wires provided with a rotation fin, a lubrication material pouring route 91 is formed in a plug 9 for coming out prevention and the outlet of the route 91 is set to be a tip end face for screwing the plug itself and opened toward the interface between a head 2 of an extruding apparatus and a rotation die 3 having a fin forming groove where both of the head 2 and the die 3 are relatively rotated. A lubrication material 23 is poured into the interface between the head 2 of an extruding apparatus and the rotation die 3 having a fin forming groove where both of the head 2 and the die 3 are relatively rotated by continuously pouring the lubrication material 23 into the route 91 and the interface of the relatively rotating parts where a gap is easily formed is constantly sealed. Consequently, in the case a cross-linking work is carried out, high pressure steam in a crosslinking cylinder 8 can be prevented from leaking out of the interface through a communication cylinder 5.
