    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by reducing restriction on orientations changeable in a welding operation of each part of a box girder.SOLUTION: A device for changing orientation includes a rotary support base 1 having a mounting roller 2, and a coupling ring 4 supported by the mounting roller 2 to be rotatable around a horizontal shaft 4a on the rotary support base 1. The coupling ring 4 has one pair of divided bodies 5, 6 mutually divided in a circumferential direction around the horizontal shaft 4a and having detachable both coupling ends 7. A containing area 8 is disposed inside of each of the divided bodies 5, 6. In a containing chamber 10 formed by the containing areas 8 of the respective divided bodies 5, 6 inside of the coupling ring 4 for mutually coupling the respective divided bodies 5, 6 at the both coupling ends 7, each of the divided bodies 5, 6 includes a plurality of screw jacks 11 nipping and holding the box girder 13 while inserting the box girder 13 into the containing areas 8 of the respective mutually divided bodies 5, 6 and mutually coupling the respective divided bodies 5, 6 by the both coupling ends 7. A radial orientation of the coupling ring 4 mounted on the mounting roller 2 of the rotary support base 1 is changed with rotation of the coupling ring 4.

After mounting the concrete pieces which are generated by dividing the ceiling slab concrete, on bearers 18, 19 located at mounting preparation locations on the ceiling wall 14 of the working area protective frame 8, the concrete pieces are taken out from the bearers 18, 19 located at the mounting preparation locations, by a crane 29 set on the ceiling wall 27 of the taking-out area protective frame 9, to a taking-out chamber 28 arranged outside one of the side walls of the taking-out area protective frame 9 and inside the tunnel 1.

After that, the transportation carriage 18 is carried into the form 16; a traction member 24 of a winding mechanism 26, which is arranged in the transportation carriage 18, is wound around the outer periphery of the form 16; and the beam 34 is mounted on a spreading carriage 36 which is arranged in the outward direction of the form 16. Subsequently, the spreading carriage 36 is fixed to the beam 34 and moved by the winding mechanism 26, and the sheet 20 is spread around the outer periphery of the form 16. Thereafter, the form 16 is removed after the placing and curing of the concrete, so that the sheet 20 can be integrally fixed to the surface of the placed concrete.
