      SOLUTION: A cable 19, which is elongated in the axial direction X of a tunnel while passing through an end form, is towably arranged in the lining space of the crown section 15 of the tunnel, and directionally changed downward in an area near the existing lining concrete 18, so that a vibrator 21 with a float 20 can be suspended from the side section of the tunnel. Both side parts of the lining concrete 11 are placed while compaction is performed by making the vibrator 21 ascend along with the ascent of the concrete 14 which is placed in the lining space 17. The vibrator is reset in the axial direction X of the tunnel; the concrete is supplied from a concrete supply port 22 of the crown section 15 of the tunnel; and the crown section 15 of the tunnel is filled with the concrete 11. After that, the concrete 11 is compacted while the vibrator 21 is moved by towing the cable 19.

That is, at the time of forward motion, the inclined upper end face 9a of the capsule storage short pipe 9 is disconnected from the inclined lower end face 7a of the transport pipe 7, and horizontally moved to a location below an excavated muck storage section 14 where muck is charged into the capsule.
