    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biopolymer detecting device which can specifically detect and quantitatively determine a biopolymer without conducting labeling process of a fluorescence or the like to the biopolymer such as a protein or the like.
      SOLUTION: The biopolymer detecting device comprises one or more sets of electrodes 104', 106' including members 132 each having a site which can be bonded to the biopolymer 134 to be measured to generate an electric signal as a detection signal of the biopolymer, a sample liquid holder 102' for holding a sample liquid containing the biopolymer to be measured between these electrodes, and an electric circuit for processing the electric signal from the electrodes. The biopolymer to be measured is detected and quantitatively determined based on a difference for bringing about the electric signal from the electrodes, before and after the sample liquid is fully filled in the holder by binding the biopolymer 134 to be measured to the binding sites of the members 132 on the electrodes.
