Load sensors 80a-80d are provided between the movable side rails 32 and 36 and a seat body structure 14. The first fixed side rail 31 and the second fixed side rail 35 are coupled with each other by a rigid frame 60. The relative position of the first and second slide rail units 11 and 12 is maintained by the rigid frame 60. 摘要： PURPOSE:To enable reduction weight and dispense with secondary machining such as polishing for deburring or the like by providing a gas gate at one end part of a fitting leg part, and providing a resin gate inside the fitting seal face. CONSTITUTION:A roof rail fitting leg part 1 is formed of a leg part body 1a, a rail body fitting part 1b, fitting bolts 1c, and the fitting seal face 1d formed at the lower face of the leg part body 1a. The leg part body 1a is provided with a resin gate 11 and a gas gate 12. Since the fitting leg part 1 is injection- molded, fused resin is injected into a metal mold cavity from the resin gate 11 in the state of the fitting bolts 1c being set into a metal mold, and then injection is temporarily interrupted and short-shot. The resin is thereby cooled and solidified only at the part in contact with the metal mold. A gas nozzle is then inserted from the gas gate 12 provided in the seal face 1d, and inert gas is led to a thick wall part through a gas channel to form a hollow part.
