SOLUTION: The seat device 10 for a vehicle has a first slide rail unit 11 including a first fixed side rail 31 and a movable side rail 32, and a second slide rail unit 12 including a second fixed side rail 35 and a movable side rail 36. Load sensors 80a-80d are provided between the movable side rails 32 and 36 and a seat body structure 14. The relative position of the first and second slide rail units 11 and 12 is maintained by the rigid frame 60.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide operability, high reliability and high durability by reducing force applied to an unlocking strap and a guide by a simplest mechanism in a structure which can unlock a locking mechanism preventing forward folding of a rear seat back from the side of a cabin or the side of a luggage compartment. SOLUTION: This rear seat device includes a guide member 21 guiding the pulling out direction of the unlocking strap 106 unlocking the locked state of a fixing means 105 regulating the forward folding of the rear seat back. The guide member guides the unlocking strap 106 in two portions of a steel wire portion 21a and a steel wire portion 21b. Since the unlocking strap 106 is bent at two portions and guided, a bending angle does not make an acute angle, and an increase in frictional force is suppressed even though pulling out directions are different.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of a load without interfering detection of the load by a strain gage.
      SOLUTION: A load sensor 5 for a vehicular seat comprises a long plate-like strain-generating body 9 extending substantially in a horizontal direction with a strain gage affixed thereto, an upper bracket 10 to connect one end side of the strain-generating body 9 to a cushion frame, and a lower bracket 11 to connect the other end side of the strain-generating body 9 to a seat rail, and detects the load of the vehicle seat based on the electric signal from the strain gage. A substantially horizontal seat face 18 for a frame is formed on an upper portion of the upper bracket 10, and a screw hole 18a for tightening the cushion frame is opened in the seat face 18 for the frame. A substantially perpendicular seat face 26 for a rail is formed on a side part of the lower bracket 11, and a screw hole 26c for tightening the seat rail is opened in the seat face 26 for the rail.
