    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data folder management method for simplifying the management operation of a data folder and information terminal equipment to which this method is applied, and a data folder management program.
      SOLUTION: The data folder management method includes: acquiring, when a group including a plurality of members in a database in which personal information is registered, is registered, the group name; creating a data storage region in which data associated with the members of the group are stored correspondingly to the group; and giving a name using the acquired group name to the data storage region. The information terminal equipment is provided with: a personal information management function part; a data management function part for managing any data other than personal information; and a cooperation function part for making the data management function part create a data folder whose name is the same as the group name in the case of registering the group for putting the pieces of personal information together, and storing the data associated with the members of the group.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a decline in data receiving ratio even when the switching from transmitting operations to receiving operations of a slave set is delayed by shifting input data by n1 bits when an n-bit code contained in the input data does not coincide with the identification code of its own station and fetching the input data as the data addressed to its own station when the n-bit code coincides with the code of a corresponding (n-n1) bit of the identification code of its own station. CONSTITUTION:When one frame quantity of received data is fetched, a controlling section 5 discriminates whether or not the input data are addressed to its own station by comparing an n-bit code contained in the input data with the identification code (ID number) of its own station. When the code coincides with the ID number, the section 5 fetches the input data into an incorporated RAM 12. When the code does not coincide with the ID number, the section 14 discriminates that the input data are stored from the 2nd bit, since the leading bit of the input data is omitted due to a delay in the switching from the transmitting state to the receiving state. Therefore, the section 5 performs comparison with the identification code of its own station for a bit range from 2 bits to (n) bits after shifting the received data strings to lower- order bit side by one bit and inserting a dummy bit as the highest-order bit.

    • PURPOSE:To easily manage the ID information considerably by writing ID information written in an ID ROM of a slave set into an EEPROM of a master set so as to reduce number of ROMs. CONSTITUTION:The operator writes ID information written in an ID ROM 22 of a slave set 2 into an EEPROM 12 of a master set 1, operates a key pad 35 of an ID transfer device 3 to enter an ID transfer command to the slave set 2. A CPU 21 of the slave set 2 decodes the communication and reads the ID information from the ROM 22 and sends it to the device 3. Upon the receipt of the ID number, a CPU 31 built in the device 3 gives a command of writing the ID information to the ROM 12 to the master set 1, the operator after the description of the ID information operates the pad 35 of the device 3 and commands it to the slave set 2 for the transmission of the ID information of the ROM 22. Then the pad 34 of the device 34 is operated to command it to the master set 1 for the transmission of the ID information described in the ROM 12 and whether or not the ID information is coincident with the ID information from the slave set 2 is confirmed.
