    • PURPOSE:To improve convenience of communication by eliminating the need for complicated and expensive exclusive function for connection control to a cordless telephone set but using a general private branch of exchange such as an existing private branch of exchange to implement connection control. CONSTITUTION:Each of plural lines 2 is made corresponded to each of plural cordless telephone sets by one to one each and an exchange 1 and a base station equipment 10 are used to input a calling/receiving signal of the telephone set 3 to the line 2. Upon the receipt of a connection request to a called cordless telephone set 3, the exchange 1 configured as above connects the line 2 corresponding to the telephone set 3 to the device 10, a control means 15 provided in the device 10 identifies the telephone set 3 corresponding to the line 2 having the connection request and calls the telephone set 3 through a radio channel 4. Since the lines 2 are connected in multiple, even when a telephone set 3 is in any radio zone 5, the connection is made available. That is, the exchange 1 handles the telephone sets 3 as if the telephone sets 3 were directly connected similarly to the case with lines connecting a stationary terminal equipment such as an accommodated terminal equipment 7.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain secrecy of communication by synthesizing speech and noise and separating noise from speech at the receiving side after sending noise for a predetermined period of time before starting communication at the sending side. CONSTITUTION:Apparatus 300 at the sending side transfers noise generated by a noise generating means 301 for a predetermined period of time before beginning communication to apparatus at the receiving side via a signal sending means 303 through radio line 500, and then uses noise synthesizing means 302 to synthesize speech and noise and sends the result. Signal receiving means 401 of apparatus 400 transmits transferred noise to noise holding means 402, and then the synthesized signal to noise separating means 403. The noise separating means 403 separates noise from the synthesized signal, and outputs the remaining speech. Consequently, even when the synthesized speech is received, speech cannot be recognized, and privacy of communication for a mobile communication system, or the like can be maintained.

In this state, in accordance with the incoming display method which is set separately in the daytime and at night, sending-out/non-sending-out of the ringer tone and turning on/off of alight emission diode for the incoming display are executed, therefore, since an unnecessary display is not executed, and also, automatic switching of day/ night is executed, it does not occur that the incoming call is not displayed in a state that the system remains under the night condition even in the daytime. In such a manner, the service characteristic of the telephone set is improved.

In such a way, in order to obtain the time division multiplexing signal, other integrated circuit than integrated circuits corresponding to the number of input digital signals is not required, and the number of necessary integrated circuits is curtailed.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate switching between a voice communication and a data communication by recognizing the data transmission by a monitor part when some of specific bits are not changed and the voice communication when the specific bits are all changed, and switching a changeover switch. CONSTITUTION:A voice terminal 10 transmits a voice signal by using all bits of a transmission unit consisting of a specific number of bits and a data terminal 11 sends a data signal by using some of the bits of the transmission unit while the remaining bits are set to a fixed value. A monitor part 13 recognizes the signal of the voice communication when the specific bits are all changed and switch the switch 12 to the voice terminal 10, but when some of the specific bits are set to the fixed value and not changed, the signal of the data communication is recognized and the switch 12 is switched to the data terminal 11. Consequently, the voice communication and data communication are easily switched without any intervention of an operator and one channel B is effectively usable, thereby improving the serviceability.
