    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an image of a near-miss appropriately.SOLUTION: A recording device in one aspect comprises an acquisition unit, a determination unit and a recording unit. The acquisition unit acquires travel information relating to traveling of vehicles including driver's vehicle and other vehicles traveling in an adjacent lane adjacent to a lane in which driver's vehicle travels. The determination unit calculates a distance between a first vehicle and a second vehicle on the basis of the travel information of the first vehicle and the travel information of the second vehicle traveling behind the first vehicle, among the other vehicles. The determination unit determines whether to record an image or not on the basis of whether or not the calculated distance between the vehicles is shorter than a threshold value. The recording unit records the image around driver's vehicle when the determination unit determines to record the image.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the control circuit which withstands a high plunging speed and allows high-speed accessing by determining the pulse impression time for co-earth control to a track actuator and by taking up to the acceleration of a light spot for the target track in the access direction occurring in the eccentric rotation of an optical disk into consideration. CONSTITUTION:The arrival at just before a rotating track, i.e. 1/2 before the track is detected by a plunging in position detecting circuit 20 and the plunging in speed at the point of this time is detected by using a plunging in detecting circuit 21 and the plunging in speed is detected by a projecting acceleration speed detecting circuit 25. The acceleration +alpha or -alpha predetermined in such a manner that the speed of the light spot decreases exactly to zero on the target track in accordance with the plunging in speed and plunging in acceleration detected in such a manner is applied from an acceleration/deceleration pulse generator 26 to the track actuator 14. The fine control is executed by turning off a switch 23 and turning off a switch 24 in such a manner, by which the retraction in the position 0 at the speed 0 is executed.
