On the other hand, the specification initially formed by the designer 2 is automatically stored in a parameter data base 6, automatically outputted from a 2nd output and automatically stored in a parameter description column 1d in the command specification 1. Since the command specification can be automatically formed after inputted information only at the initial time and the following necessary time, the manhour for forming the specification can be reduced.

CONSTITUTION:When a terminal 11 transmits a call, this call is accepted in a central processor 4 of a data exchanger 10, and the monitoring of data from the terminal 11 is started. Next, when the command requesting the connection to a host computer 8a is received from the terminal 11, the data exchanger 10 sets a bus between the terminal 11 and the host computer 8a. After generating data on the host computer 8a, the terminal 11 instructs the data exchange 10 to transfer transmission data from the host computer 8a to a terminal 1n. A bus between the terminal 1n and the host computer 8a is set by this instruction, and data generated on the host computer 8a is transferred to terminals 11 and 1n simultaneously when the terminal 11 instructs the host computer 8a to transfer data.

Through the instruction from the terminal device 1 to the exchanger 10, the path among the terminal device 1, computers 8, 9 is kept in a storage device 6 to set and open the terminal 1 and the computers 8, 9, allowing to transfer data between the computers 8 and 9 without change in the time sharing system.

Then only the signaling component of signal G is extracted via filter 17 to obtain signal I. While signal E delivers the TDM signal via the real number part extraction and multiplication part 14.
