摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate fluctuation by setting a time interval of voice packets transmitted from a transmission station of voice packet, that is, a silence interval to a transmission interval field of the packet, then transmitting the packet, and transmitting voice signal to a terminal equipment with a delay of the time interval set to the transmission field of the voice packet received by a packet reception station. CONSTITUTION:Upon the receipt of a voice signal from a terminal equipment 1, a transmission station 3 processes the signal into a packet and transmits it directly or via a relay station 4 to the reception station 5. A transmission interval field of 120 is set to a head packet 6, and a time elapsed from the transmission to a reception station 5 just before, that is, silence intervals (t1, t2) are set to 2nd and succeeding packets 7, 8 and they are respectively sent. The reception station 5 receiving the packet transmits immediately a voice signal in case of the head packet 6 to the terminal equipment 1, while transmits the voice signal with a delay by the time set to the transmission interval field 12 from the voice signal transmitted just before. Thus, fluctuation due to the difference from the transmission time of the packets 6, 7, 8 is eliminated.
