CONSTITUTION:In exchange 1, the photosignal of wave length lambda1 from light emitting element 11 for power supply is applied to photocoupler 13 corresponding to each optical fiber 2 by light distributor 12, and the call signal is converted to a photosignal of wave length lambda2(lambda2not equal to lambda1) by light emitting element 14 for signal and is applied to photocoupler 13, and these photosignals are transmitted to telephone set 3 through the optical fiber. In telephone set 3, the photosignal of wave length lambda1 is separated by branching filter 31 and is applied to photoelectric conversion power source part 32, and the photosignal is converted to electric power, and this electric power is supplied to telephone set circuit 33, and the photosignal of wave length lambda2 is separated by branching filter 31 and is applied to telephone set circuit 33, and the photosignal is converted to an electric signal by the photoelectric conversion part in the telephone set circuit and is supplied to the receiver.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to control the terminals of opposing parties easily through the transmission of terminal control information independently and simultaneously of the communication data, by providing the control channel separately with the data transmission communication channel. CONSTITUTION:Within the audio band, the terminal control channel is provided separately with the communication channel. Further, at data transmission at first, the transmission system of control channel consists of the path of the filter 6b relay contact RL2 modulator 10 and the reception system is made up of the path of the contact RL2 filter 6a decoder 7. Accordingly, when opposing side is controlled, the control channel is controlled to deliver to opposing side through the modulator 10 by the key 11. On the other hand, the control signal received from opposing party at the data transmission, is inputted to the decoder 7 via the filter 6a, and it is decoded to activate the buzzer 8, or it is displayed on the display 9. The use of the frequencies fL or fH of the control channel for the transmission and reception is preset to select it by the relay 5b.
