摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize an communication capacity between two stations by managing flexibly the line capacity to be set to a common signal line. SOLUTION: A traffic amount detection means 3a of an exchange 3 detects a traffic amount of a common signal line 2 between exchanges 3, 4. Based on the traffic amount detected by the traffic amount detection means 3a, a line capacity revision decision means 3b discriminates whether or not the revision of the line capacity set to the common signal line 2 is required and when the revision of the set line capacity is required, the means 3b decides the line capacity to be set newly to the common signal line 2. When the revision of the set line capacity is required, a line capacity revision execution means 3c revises the setting line capacity of the common signal line 2 based on the decided new setting line capacity.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the number of signal links more than a number corresponding to the bit length of determined signal link selection(SLS) without changing the SLS by selecting the signal link based on the synthetic data of the SLS on the routing label of a message signal and extension SLS. SOLUTION: When transmitting the message signal from a terminal station SEP-a to terminal stations SEP-b and SEP-c, an incoming station code (DPC) on the routing label is different. Therefore, even when the SLS on the routing label is the same code, by utilizing the DPC as the extension SLS, the load of signal traffic can be further distributed corresponding to an incoming station to which the message signal is transmitted. When one low-order bit of the DPC is utilized as the extension SLS, for example, a repeater station STP-B selects the signal link from the SLS composed of 4 bits on the routing label of the received message signal and the code of 5 bits composed of one low-order bit of the DPC.

A station code length discrimination part 23c discriminates the station code length of the signal station from which the MSU is sent on the basis of the routing information obtained by the routing process and an actual station code conversion part 23d converts the internal station code (the longest code or 14-bit station code) into an actual station code on the basis of the station code length and sends it out.
