摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify a prestress introduction work, by arranging a trussed assembly reinforcing steel and a prestress introducing steel in parallel up and down in a form and placing concrete in said form under the condition in which a tension is added to said steel. CONSTITUTION:A side form and a tension device for prestress introducing tension steel are arranged at the cut face of a prestressed concrete beam of semi-finished product on a form 1 for manufacturing said beam, while prestress introducing tension steel 3 is arranged in said form. Then, a trussed assembly reinforcing steel 4 made by connecting upper and lower stringers 4a, 4b each other through a lattice steel 4c by means of welding, said upper and lower stringers 4a, 4b being as double arranged reinforcing steel, is vertically fixed in said form 1 above said tension steel 3 parallel therewith. After that, said tension steel 3 is tensioned according to the required amount of prestress and concrete is then placed in said form 1.

摘要： PURPOSE: To insulate a building from its foundation and to prevent earthquake energy from being transferred to the building by exciting electromagnets arranged on the opposing surfaces of the building and the foundation and levitating the building above the foundation. Then, by exciting the electromagnets 3 and 4 at the time of earthquakes, the building 2 is levitated above the foundation 1. The outer beam C is provided with wheels 5 running on guide rails 4 installed on a skeleton support surface 3 of the structure A, and the inner beam B is provided at its bottom with a wheel 7 running on a guide rails 6. The wheel is disposed between the adjoining inner and outer beams B and C and spanned between the base end parts of the outer and inner beams B and C and driven with the aid of motors 18 and 13. This constitution enables partial opening of film materials D and E.

Gravel B and leveling concrete C are placed, the precast concrete foundation beam A is set on the concrete C, and lower end reinforcing bars 7 and lower auxiliary bars 8 for the foundation beam A are set. Afterwards, concrete for a pressure-resistant plate E is placed to integrate the plate E with the beam A, and a floor slab F is constructed on the beam A.
