摘要： PURPOSE:To sharply decrease the form work and reinforcement placing work by forming the foundation beam of a reinforced concrete foundation with precast concrete members. CONSTITUTION:Precast concrete foundation beams A1-A4 each having main reinforcing bars 1 and 2 extending from the end face thereof are disposed within a foundation footing, then main reinforcing bars 4 of a column, reinforcing hoops 5 and reinforcing straps 6 surrounding the main reinforcing bars of the beam are assembled within the footing. Form panels are arranged around the foundation footing including part of the foundation beams A1-A4, then concrte is deposited in the footing. Accordingly, the foundation beams and the footing, hence the foundation and the upper structure, are rigidly connected, since the main reinforcing bars extending from the end faces of the precast reinforced foundation beams are buried and anchored within the footing.
