摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to spray paint to an exterior wall and finish the painting in automatic mode by installing a spray device and a roller device to a lift drive device which is capable of moving in every direction along a wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A running device 7 is arranged to run on a rail 8 installed to an exterior wall 2 of a building 1 in parallel white a lift drive device 13 is designed to rise and fall vertically on a guide rail 18 vertically installed to the running device 7. This lift drive device 13 is provided with a spray device 37 on one side and a roller device, which comprises a first roller 42 and a second roller, 45 on the other side. Due to this construction, the spray device 37 and the roller device are movable along the exterior wall of the building 1 at an arbitrary position in every direction. It is, therefore, possible to paint the exterior wall 2 of the building 1 by means of the spray device 37 and finish the painting by means of the roller device in automatic mode.

摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive smooth execution of work by a method wherein an attachment board is maintained with a specified distance kept from the wall surface by controlling a linear motor and a jig cylinder and moved for spraying primer to joints of the wall surface, and sealing material is automatically injected afterward. CONSTITUTION:A trestle 14 is moved toward the wall surface and positioned with a specified distance detected by a sensor 16 for maintaining the distance to the wall maintained, and primer is sprayed on detections made by a groove width measuring sensor 23 and a groove tracking sensor 24. The trestle 14 is moved again toward the wall surface after completion of spraying of the primer, and a sealing material is injected with a sealing gun 20 by similar operations. At the same time, a lift is elevated and the sealing material is put by pressure insertion into vertical joints of the external wall. When executing work for horisontal joints, the lift is moved transversely and spraying of the primer and injection of the sealing material are executed with similar equipment. A horizontal groove detecting roller 22 is provided to a sealing unit for vertical grooves, and injection to the vertical groove is suspended on a point where joints are intersecting each other.

CONSTITUTION:Concrete for a foundation beam is placed to the level of a footing 1, and joint bars 2 are fixed to the upside of the concrete. After the concrete hardens, a vertical joint beam 8 is welded to the bars 2 while exactly controlling the top level and surrounded by a mold 9 assembled for the foundation beam. The beam 8 is inserted into the hole 10a of a perforated fixing plate 10 and the plate 10 is fixed to the crosspiece 11 of the mold 9. Concrete is then placed into the formwork 9 to construct the foundation beam for fixing the vertical joint beam 8.

Accordingly, the foundation beams and the footing, hence the foundation and the upper structure, are rigidly connected, since the main reinforcing bars extending from the end faces of the precast reinforced foundation beams are buried and anchored within the footing.
