摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank filler tube assembly and a method for forming the fuel tank filler tube.
SOLUTION: A check valve assembly 24 is constituted in such a way that it can be installed in an existing fuel tank filler tube 10 having a mechanical nozzle seal and a vapor re-circulation port. This insert part 26 has a grounding strap/tab 32 that is integrally formed to enable a fuel supplementing nozzle to be grounded and its position is set near a re-circulating port by a spring tab having a fixed flexible flapper 36 integrally formed. The insert part 26 is provided with a frictional engaging tab 28 and this can be engaged with the inner surface of the filler tube 10 so as to cause the check valve assembly 24 to be held in the filler tube 10.

The check valve employs a valve member 50 with a plurality of spaced ribs 61 for deflecting a siphon hose 62 away from a valve seal. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float assembly for a multi functional fuel vapor vent valve.
SOLUTION: A groove portion 84 is formed on an upper surface of a float 78, and a slot 82 is formed on a float side surface so as to communicate with the groove portion 84. A bulging surface 85 is formed on a bottom portion of the groove portion 84, and a projecting portion 88 extending downward is formed in the slot 82 by the groove portion 84. A flexible valve disc 90 is attached in the slot 82, bent, and made to go ahead into the groove portion 84 over a lower side of the projecting portion 88 and the bulging surface 85. After attached, the disc 90 is returned to be a flat shape, and prevented from being removed by the projecting portion 88. A projecting portion 86 provided in the groove portion and extending inward in a radial direction holds the disc 90 so as to limit lost motion to the float 78.
