    • PURPOSE:To make operation on a delivery device ever so simple, by constituting it in setting up a rotary disc and a rotary paddle feeder, consisting of plural paddles, travelably along a cone, in case of the above-captioned device for quartz or the like. CONSTITUTION:A rotary disc 11 is rotated in the arrow A direction and a feeder 10 on the whole is traveled in the arrow B direction. When paddles 12 reach to the discharge port of a silo, these paddles 12 come into contact with the stored matter reposed in the bottom part of a groove 7, whereby each paddle 12 is opened up to its maximum opening angle due to the resistance. Under this condition, these paddles 12 continue their rotation, scraping up the stored matter to a tip end of a rack 2, thus it is delivered to a conveyor C1. In this case, a paddle stopper and a spacer (unillustrated herein) are installed in the root of these paddles 12, and with an alteration of thickness in this spacer, the maximum opening angle of each paddle 12 is made adjustable. With this constitution, the operation is simplifiable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum rotating dryer wherein a stable operated condition can be established while suppressing the entanglement and accumulation of wastes on the upper part of a hot air blow duct.
      SOLUTION: The waste dryer 10 comprises a rotationally driven drum 11 having one end on a waste supply side and the other end on a waste discharge side and the hot air blow duct 12 inserted and arranged into the drum 11 in the axial direction and having a plurality of hot air blow nozzles 16 for blowing hot air into the drum 11. The hot air is blown from the hot air blow duct 12 through the hot air blow nozzles 16 into the drum 11 to dry waste layers 32 charged into the drum 11. In the drum 11 at its upper part throughout the length of the hot air blow duct 12, a waste accumulation preventing cover 19 is provided which has an upper face shaped into an approximately circularly protruded curve and a preset width. An air cooled jacket 18 is provided in the waste accumulation preventing cover 19.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the decay of shape of formed matter or granulated matter due to aging by a method wherein incineration ash is added with binder or water glass and is kneaded. CONSTITUTION:Incineration ash, which is reserved in an ash banker 4, is supplied into an ash solidifying device 6 through an ash supplying machine. Cement or chelator is supplied from a cement or chelator supplying machine 7 into the ash solidifying device 6 while water is supplied into the same device 6 from an adding water line having a water tank 8. A binder supplying line is installed differently by branching from the adding water line and binder, consisting of water glass, is supplied from the binder tank 11 into a line mixer 12 and the binder is sent into an ash solidifying device 6 after being mixed with water in the line mixer 12. Then, the temperature of the mixture is reduced and, therefore, the generation of water vapor is reduced extremely and the generation of hydrogen gas is also reduced whereby self decay is eliminated. The solidified shape of the ash can thereby be maintained and the generation of dust upon throwing the ash can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To securely seal the inside and outside of a silo and prevent pollution and spontaneous ignition by providing an annular body on the outer periphery of a revolving chute formed in an integrated form with a plough for raking up stored objects while providing a flexible seal body which is slidingly brought into contact with the peripheral face of said annular body, on a part of a bottom board. CONSTITUTION:A revolving chute 13 with a slightly larger diameter is fixedly provided on the bottom end of a revolving chute 8, and a ground seal 15 is provided in between both chutes 13, 14. An annular body, i.e., a ring 23 is fixedly provided on the outer periphery, near the bracket 2, of the revolving chute 8. On the other hand, a seal ring 24 as a flexible seal body which is slidingly brought into contact with the ring 23 is provided on a bracket 2. And, the inner faces of the forked parts 24a, 24b of the seal ring 24 are slidingly brought into contact with the upper and lower faces 23a, 23b of the ring 23, thereby, removing a gap between the bottom board 2 and the revolving chute 8, to seal the inside and outside of a silo 1. Thereby, pollution on the outside of a device can be prevented while preventing the spontaneous ignition of stored objects such as coal, etc.

CONSTITUTION:A separator 8 is connected to a pipeline for pneumatic transport of a solid, and a plurality of storing and discharging machines 12a, 12b are disposed corresponding to a plurality of discharge ports 16a, 16b of a distribution conveyer 15 connected to a solid discharge port 81 of the separator through pipelines. Intercepting valves 18a, 18b are disposed respectively in pipelines connecting the storing and discharging machines 12a and 12b. In this arrangement, a solid can be smoothly transported from a throwing-in station to a collecting station, and each speed of discharging the solid from the storing and discharging machines at the collecting station is made equal.
