CONSTITUTION:An unloading installation 4 is provided with a truck 8 having wheels 7 capable of traveling on a pair of traveling rails 6 laid on a quay 1. Then, the truck 8 is provided on the upper portion with a turn-bed 9 rotatable about the axis X and provided with a post 10, unloading boom 11 and storing conveyor 12. And an unloading means, for example a suction hose 15 is extended along the unloading boom 11 and suspended through a hatch H1 in a ship 2. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid fuel from combustible wastes, wherein the problems that additives must be freshly added in forming a solid fuel, that the amount of fly ash produced increases and that the recovered alkali fly ash must be processed can be simultaneously solved and to provide a method for using a solid fuel. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a solid fuel comprising crushing combustible wastes, classifying the crushed product and compression-molding it, alkaline ash obtained by incinerating municipal refuses and/or fly ash are added as additives to the combustible wastes. When the alkaline component is insufficient, slaked lime may be added thereto. Further, the obtained solid fuel may contain an additive comprising ash produced when it is burned and/or fly ash. Alternatively, it is treated by gasification or fusing to recover the ash as fused fly ash.
