摘要： PURPOSE:To scrape off the floating material on a liq. surface over a relatively large area by providing a plate-shaped blade freely rotatably connected to a rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION:A plate-shaped blade 7 freely rotatably connected to a rotating shaft 3 is provided. The center O of the shaft 3 is situated at a height of H above a liq. surface L, and the shaft is rotated in direction of the arrow A. The spindle 9 is circularly moved to positions a-m, and the tip 7a of the blade 7 is moved to positions o-w. The tip 7a is at position (a) when the spindle 9 is at position (a), the blade is rotated clockwise around the spindle 9 by the hinging between the blade 7 and spindle 9 when the blade collides with the liq. surface L, and the tip 7a comes to position (p) when the spindle 9 is at position (b). The scraping of the floating material is started from this position. Position (a) is the initial impact point of the blade, and the floating material is reversely scraped up over the area extending from points (a) to (b).

摘要： PURPOSE:To make operation on a delivery device ever so simple, by constituting it in setting up a rotary disc and a rotary paddle feeder, consisting of plural paddles, travelably along a cone, in case of the above-captioned device for quartz or the like. CONSTITUTION:A rotary disc 11 is rotated in the arrow A direction and a feeder 10 on the whole is traveled in the arrow B direction. When paddles 12 reach to the discharge port of a silo, these paddles 12 come into contact with the stored matter reposed in the bottom part of a groove 7, whereby each paddle 12 is opened up to its maximum opening angle due to the resistance. Under this condition, these paddles 12 continue their rotation, scraping up the stored matter to a tip end of a rack 2, thus it is delivered to a conveyor C1. In this case, a paddle stopper and a spacer (unillustrated herein) are installed in the root of these paddles 12, and with an alteration of thickness in this spacer, the maximum opening angle of each paddle 12 is made adjustable. With this constitution, the operation is simplifiable.

SOLUTION: The waste dryer 10 comprises a rotationally driven drum 11 having one end on a waste supply side and the other end on a waste discharge side and the hot air blow duct 12 inserted and arranged into the drum 11 in the axial direction and having a plurality of hot air blow nozzles 16 for blowing hot air into the drum 11. The hot air is blown from the hot air blow duct 12 through the hot air blow nozzles 16 into the drum 11 to dry waste layers 32 charged into the drum 11. In the drum 11 at its upper part throughout the length of the hot air blow duct 12, a waste accumulation preventing cover 19 is provided which has an upper face shaped into an approximately circularly protruded curve and a preset width. An air cooled jacket 18 is provided in the waste accumulation preventing cover 19.
