摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the crushing of a mass of different types of metal obtained by thermally treating and pressing waste composite materials such as electric home appliances and automobile parts into micropieces without causing wrapping phenomenon. SOLUTION: This cutting-type crusher comprises a holder 2 for a work to be cut 11, fixed to a base part 1, a cutting unit 4 equipped with a cutting blade 5 on a cutting face arranged opposite to the holder 2, a rotary shaft 6 which is connected to a part other than the cutting face of the cutting unit 4 and rotates the cutting unit 4, a motor 7 which is connected to the rotary shaft 6 and rotates the rotary shaft 6, an ascendable framework 8 or holding the cutting unit 4 or the motor 7, an elevator 9 for elevating the framework 8, and a guide mechanism 10 with a guide plate 12 which moves the work 11 to a specified position on the holder 2 and guides cuttings to the outside of the device. The crusher also optionally enables the switching of positions in which the cutting unit 4 and the holder 2 are set respectively so that the work 11 is rotated. On the cutting unit 4, large and small cutting blades are arranged at random in radial or spiral shape.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover valuable metals in a recyclable, by thermally decomposing abandoned electronic equipment at a specific temperature, crushing the resultant residues and separating metals from the rest of the residues in recovering various metals from the residues obtained from thermal decomposition of such equipment. SOLUTION: The raw material (a) such as an abandoned printed wiring board or the like is charged into a pyrolysis furnace 1 and is pyrolyzed by partially combusting on a retort 3 while supplying air (b) from the under side of the retort 3. In such a case, steam is added into the air at need to mitigate the pyrolysis reaction and to easily control the temp. The raw material is sent from the left to the right by a travelling structure of the retort 3 while being stirred and mixed on the retort 3 and the residue (d) remaining to the last and composed of metals, char or the like is discharged from the pyrolysis furnace 1. The recovered residue (d) is coarsely crushed and separated into the metals having large specific gravity and the other solid materials by pneumatic separation or the like and the metals are recovered in a high quality state suitable for being recycled.
